Review 1：1. The food was very good, but a bit pricey. 2. The water in the swimming pool was not perfect, but we went to the resort on low season, so I guess costs to keep the water super clean are too high when there are so few customers at the resort.

Review 2：We had several issues during our trip, but the staff and the owners provided outstanding customer service every time. - We had an issue with the power in our room and it took the staff only few minutes to get a technician to resolve the problem. - We were supposed to spend 2 nights at this hotel, but we had to extend our stay because of a typhoon affecting the island (all the boats back to Batangas were cancelled). The resort has a good generator and we almost never lacked power. Besides, the owners were helpful giving us information. - Because of heavy rains due to the typhoon, water got through our room from the balcony. The owners moved us to another room as soon as we informed them of the issue. We loved the location of the resort. It is less than 5 minutes walking from a small beach. Busy Puerto Galera white beach is not so far and easily accessible (about 20 minutes walking or 5 minutes by tricycle). The room are big and has everything we needed.

Review 3：Not your typical guest house where you can get 24hrs assistance ifneeded. Water runs out on our last day but was restored when owners getsup (normally past 6am) to open the shop. Location to the beach is goodbut you need to cross the street and walk to the almost secluded beach(no lights at night and almost no people around so bring everything).The doors are so noisy it should have a shutter, stopper or wd40honestly so as not to disturb other guests at night. And lastly, youwill miss David.

Review 4：Immediate check-in and easy accommodation by the lady owner. Very good(if not the best) Italian pasta and pizza! They say its good for 1 butyou can actually share as the servings are quite generous! Staff arefriendly and accommodating as well. And David.

Review 7：Amazing place just to 100meters to the best beach in town, amazing owners (thanks Paolo n family for everything), and no doubts best pasta-pizza we ever tried in South East Asia for the past 5 years!

Review 8：the whole white beach experienced brown out for minutes while we were in the party area. when we returned to our room on the first night, around 12mn, there is no electricity. and we maximized the fresh air. but when electricity returned around 3am, they forgot to turn on the breaker for the AIR CONDITIONING. so my friend and I continued sleeping without airconditioning. and there are no personnel available to talk to that time.

Review 9：We were transferred to the rooms in front of the white beach. Their own casa mia resto is just below the two rooms. The view is so amazing!!! It is located at the farthest side of the white beach. BUT, mind you. its the best location. If we want to party and drink, we just walk from the room going to the white beach party area. If you want to have an alone moment, it is also the best place since only few swim in front of the resort. and the veranda (terrrace), the view in the morning. you can see in the veranda the wholeness and beauty of the whitebeach. did I say they were accomodating? YES! Signor Pau and Signora Angeline are the best hosts. and with their cute angel... :) find out his name. :)

Review 10：If you are alone or as a couple, I find the transportation from the white beach to the hotel expensive (but it compensate if you are in a group of 4 or more)

Review 11：The place is quiet and easy to find. It is just along the highway. A nice and quiet beach is just around a hundred meter away. Quite distant from the crowded and busy white beach (the popular beach area of Puerto Galera).

Review 12：... Mr. Pau and Ms. Angeline were so accomodating in anything that we need during our stay in their resort .. Thank you my dear, surely we wil be back to visit you .. Review 13：Had to pay by Western union or bank transfer for the reservation. No filipino dishes on the menu but told would be updated. No mosquito nets/screen on the windows, but told would be a new feature soon. No generator during brownouts. (Place is currently undergoing development). Again updated feature pending. Shower heat intermittent and low water pressure. Although was clean on arrival and fresh towels soap and toilet paper provided as expected, room was not cleaned for 7 days stay.

Review 14：Good range of italian dishes. Aircon wasnt working, was upgraded to a better room instantly. Friendly staff always smiling and someone available. Secluded private beach area. Verrrrrry spacious for the price. Furniture styled from local materials. Good ambience in the restaurant. Free transfer on arrival.
