Review 1：Wifi for free only works in the lounge. Must pay if you want to connect from your room. Please, offer true natural orange juice for breakfast ! Why most hotels in Lebanon serve chemical powder in place of it while oranges are so delicious in this country ?

Review 2：Staff was great. Not so far from the sea and Byblos.

Review 3：The safety Box was locked by mistake and although I reported the problem to the front disk at night it was not solved in the morning. I didn't bather to follow because I knew that it is not reliable. The massage stuff were not available in the morning, so I couldn't do massage. The hotel name is Victory Spa hotel.

My daughter was sick with food poisoning (not from the hotel!) and the staff were very helpful with getting us to a hospital and were genuinely caring and concerned. I felt at home and comfortable in their care. Thank you Victory, this was our first trip to Lebanon and we had a great experience.

Review 10：Breakfast could be better. Maybe add some fresh fruit. Also few mornings the vegtibles looked old and not fresh. The different options to drink was good though.

Review 11：Staff were professionally nice and friendly. What ever I needed was provided and my questions were answered properly when I needed information. Very quite and peaceful. I had the see view and it was great. Even when nieghbor hotels were partying all night, when doors are closed the room is very quite.

Review 12：It was too far from the city centre. It was mentioned it is 1.1 km from the centre which needs roughly 10 minutes but actually it takes around 25 minutes. I like walking but I cannot because high temperature so I have taken taxi. No free WiFi at rooms with simple buffet "breakfast".

Review 14：I didn't like that the rooms are all smoking, this is why I wasn't able to get my baby with me to the hotel, it's not good for families with kids especially that you can smell the cigarettes everywhere in the hotel which is totally unacceptable, they should always offer non smoking rooms.

Review 63：The hotel is in a quiet area approximately 2 km from the old city of Jbeil. We had a sea view room which was very comfortable near the beach. Staff was very kind and the manager helped us with useful informations.Very good value for money.

Review 64：They had no swimming pool on the hotel premises, which was a bit disappointing. While reserving online, we had the impression that they have a pool, but found out that they don't when calling to confirm the reservation. We were told they have access to 3 nearby resorts with a special discount for the hotel guests.
