Review 1：No elevator so be prepared to do some carrying The rest. is OK for coffee but food could have been better. No shower curtains......of course not...)

Review 2：A good location in a quiet street near the bus and train station and short walk to an amazing maze of pedestrian walks and plazas with more coffee shops than one could imagine. The downtown area is a truly people-friendly place. Room was fair size, clean and not much to complain about.

Review 4：This is a very nice little hotel. Location is a quick walk to the pedestrian centre and it is a few minutes walk from the main bus station. The staff was nice and helpful. Some of them did not speak a lot of English but did what they could to help. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Review 5：Bulgaria in general does not have bedding or towels like an American is used to. Given what the reality is everything was very clean and comfortable and welcoming.

We were SO pleased with the location, cleanliness, friendliness & helpfulness of the staff, comfort of the room & air conditioning. Also it was a welcome bonus to have staff speak English. I would stay here again & highly recommend this hotel. Good value for the reasonable price; and helping a small local family business who is really trying to make their customers enjoy their stay.

Review 13：The staff was friendly and helpful. The meals we ate there were good but they took some time. The room was very clean. The proximity to everything we needed was great. I would stay there again and recommend this hotel without reservations!

Review 14：The price was not as advertised on booking. Was not significantly larger but was annoying. There was NO sound insulation whatsoever. You can hear the people in next room as if they are standing next to you. Same with traffic outside of the hotel. Really bad sleep experience.

Review 18：The location is great being only about 200 metres from the bus station but quiet at night. We were given a very large room with a nice sitting area at a very good price. We stayed 2 nights and the room was very comfortable. Some of the staff spoke good English and were very helpful. The Wi-Fi worked very well. We had a little food at the onsite cafe/bar which was just OK-there are some good restaurants within walking distance though. We enjoyed staying here.

Review 21：Because the weather was a little bit cold, that's why I closed the door before I leave the room. Several hours later, when I back there was some unpleasant smell in the room and I had to open the door again. Also I'm afraid that blanked was not washed.

Review 62：This hotel is very good for transit with a very good value for money. We booked a triple room and we received a kind of apartment with a huge terrace. The dinner was very good and not expensive, the breakfast so-so. The personal is very kind but theirs English is not very good.

Review 64：The bath has slippery tiles on the floor. No curtain in the bath. Toiletpaper at inconvient place. The room was pretty dark. The colors in theroom were also dark = doomy interior. Breakfast is not included but canbe booked for 2.50€. However, there is no dining room. The breakfast isa la carte and served at the bar. The breakfast menu doesn't includemany items and the same items costs less, in total, if directly orderedfor money. Thus, makes no sense to book breakfast - direct order ischeaper. The breakfast coffee was awful. The breakfast sandwisches arejust 2 bread slices with cheese and if you want, some sliced sausage.The restaurant is in the basement - strange choice.

Review 65：The room was big enough. The hotel is nearby the center of the city Theroom was quiet, because wasn't at the street side.

Review 66：People are smoking so much in the bar allocated on the ground floor that bad smell comes to all the floors if the hotel. After the cleaning of the room this smell remained in our room, most probably because a cleaning lady left the door open while tidying it up. For allergic people it could be problematic. The shower is not closed, so after taking it the whole bathroom might eventually get wet.

Review 67：The location is very comfortable, close to the dormitory of the American University in Bulgaria and not far from the centre with restaurants and bars. The staff was nice, but not all of them could provide us with good advices. The room is well-equipped.
