Review 3：Noise from renovations - electric drill in a nearby room started at about 8 am. Check-out of 10:am seemed earlier than most hotels in Austria. Person who services the rooms came into the room without knocking at about 9 am, when I was standing in the bathroom doorway in the nude!

Review 6：The hotel is perfect from all aspects, excellent location, 2 minutes from main train station in Zell am See and main bus stop, it is nearby the main area of shops, restaurants, and the Zell Lake.. the staff were very helpful and available to assist at anytime, the breakfast was perfect.. the room was big enough with big terrace viewing the green mountains and views.. I highly recommend to stay in even for families

Review 13：I had to leave early in the morning and the dining room was not open until 7:30 am for breakfast. I was able to come in at 6:45 and have coffee and a cold breakfast (not hot items like eggs, bacon, etcetera). I really appreciated that.

Review 14：In the booking.com they said they have elevator but they don't have any and my flat was in 3rd floor so amgine how was it with twins and three big bags they didn't try to help me with lower flat but thanks god there was one man works in the reception at night time he helped me Also I forgot my key in side the flat so I went to the reception to ask them about other smart key she told me 10 euro Hahaha ok be4 u side 10 euro at least say something else any way it's all about money

Review 16：The only drawback was the noise from the streets but this is because it is right in the centre. Earplugs are available from reception. Wifi was a bit iffy from the room but we were on the third floor.

Lots of information available in reception for trips and sightseeing in the area. We are hoping to come back again in 2016 as we really enjoyed our stay.

Review 42：I told the girl right away I could not have as room next to the discothèque. She said I wouldn't hear anything and I didn't. Until the apres ski began and did not end all night. Yes, the owner "fixed" the problem. She offered to find me another hotel, on a Friday night at 9 pm when I was exhausted. The next day I had a room as far away as possible from the discotheque, but you could still heasr the drunks in the street, with double paned windows. I am leaving this review because people need to know before they travel half across the world for peace and quiet and a much needed vacation, to find it destroyed by what the owner calls " a normal situation for a hotel in the center of town". I disagree. Also, there us no lobby, a common room so hard to find it doesn't pay to bother.

It's near to everything, but far enough from busy streets and so the nights were quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was always a delight! We will definetely come back!

Staff very helpful... we asked for a table fan and it was provided within 5 minutes. Breakfast was good... compared to most of the other places we stayed in Austria.. Review 71：1. The reception opens from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. only. I think it is inconvenient for guests as they may need helps. I wanted to check out at 7:30 a.m. so that I could go to the train station without hurry. But I had to wait until 8 :00, as a result, I had to run to the station. Horrible ! 2. I reserved a half board dinner one night. Although it cost only 15 Euro, the soup, the main course and dessert tasted not good. In the past, I had half board dinner in another restaurant, they provided special local food to the guests. The food was in good quality. But here the food was only cheap, not delicious.
