Review 1：The wifi was sometimes a little dodgy in the room.

Review 2：The staff greeted me by name on arrival and then upgraded me to a suite. Beautiful hotel and stunning room. The food and staff in the restaurant were also delightful.

Review 11：state of repair of some of the fittings in the bathroom eg toilet roll holder . We had to report the slack level of tidiness in our room after it was made up. However Dragene managed to efficiently sort out the problem. Possibly provide more English Business TV channels or daily Int. Newspaper in the reception rooms

Review 13：We were booked for 3 days. We were informed by the receptionist that we would be charged half day as we were leaving one day early. Later she declined. This is never done . No tea kettle in rooms .

Review 15：This hotel was a little gem in a fantastic location within the old town of Kotor. Staff were friending and efficient and the rooms were small and elegant. I couldn't recommend this place more highly.

Review 33：Everything! ... the waiters were brilliant, the hotel reception staff (especially Kristina) were amazing and friendly and helpful and made our paradise honeymoon a dream one. Stunning suite (Thita) unique in style with a balcony overlooking the bay. Room cleaning staff were fabulous ... clean sheets EVERY day and room was always perfect when we returned each late afternoon.

Review 48：Staff in reception were extremely friendly and helpful. We got a complimentary upgrade. Hotel is perfect for someone in a wheelchair or with any mobile disability. On our last day we left early for a flight and the guy at reception offered to make a packed lunch for our journey. This was a very kind gesture. Breakfast during our stay was beautiful. We will definitely return next year.

Review 56：The decor - dark, cavern-like and really hideous lighting under the fake marble sink (which we did manage to switch off) and Greek poetry made of stone letters stuck on the ceiling over our bed - I was worried they might fall on me in my sleep! Also the bar has awful Greek style wall paintings of strangely proportioned naked people, very dim lighting, and annoying music.

Review 57：Perfect location just near the main gate so not far to walk from the carpark. They have a card that allows free parking at another carpark about 200m away so ask about that. Our room had a sea view with a tiny balcony, gorgeous to watch the changing light sparkling on the water. Breakfast on the terrace in the square was lovely if a bit chilly in late October, but peaceful ( we were the only guests having breakfast) - we could have eaten inside but the decor and music put us off

Review 58：Parking was a bit of a problem. Eventually it was straightened out but there is a dispute between the hotel and the owner of the lot. I got caught in the middle. Eventually the hotel made it right.

Review 59：Everything except the parking. The staff went way beyond the norm, especially Svetlana and Dragana (hope I spelled them correctly). Highly recommended.

Review 60：Very big problem with too loud music in several bar of the city center. I think that hotel and restaurants owners should understand that the noise of a too loud music is not fair. If someone wants to dance go to discotheques and not in a marvelous city such Kotor! So, difficult to sleep until 2 o'clock on Saturday night. The bathroom door was impossible to close (they told us they already know that). The door to go to the shower impossible to open completely because of the ceiling too small (we were in the suite room).

Review 64：The location in the heart of the Old Town of Kotor is perfect. We had one of the rooms with a balcony (think there are 2) looking onto the small square and and onto the overlooking mountains. Our room was very chic with a lovely big bathroom making it almost a mini suite. Breakfast is served until ONE PM! Loved this hotel, loved Kotor and all of its quirky pubs and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Review 74：We stayed here of for 3 nights & loved it. The reception staff were top notch, the rooms beautifully decorated and the location / views from the rooms superb. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay in beautiful kotor old town. A nice base to explore the beautiful area surrounds. Free parking outside the walls of the town (an easy 5 mins walk). The day time receptionist (she had a Russian name, but was from Serbia - sorry I forgot her name) deserves a special mention for her kindness and hospitality! The restaurant staff could do with some lessons in friendliness from her!

Review 75：Unfortunately the number one requirement of a hotel was missing, i.e. the ability to get a good night's sleep. The relentless bass beat and loud vocals from the nearby nightclub continued until 2:00am on this Friday night. The techno shower would have been great if only they had the foresight to explain to us, and the other confused guests in the nearby rooms, that the control was broken, saving us the need to go down to reception and saving the staff the need to come up and show us what to do. Basics really.

Review 76：Great position right in the middle of the old town, so everything within very easy walking distance. The staff on reception were very friendly and welcoming, and we were taken up to the room where almost everything was explained clearly. We didn't eat dinner in the hotel, preferring to explore a little of the Kotor nightlife, but we did have breakfast which was of only average quality and was a little confusing because they just asked us what we wanted from the menu with no explanation of how many dishes we could order. On departure there was a golf buggy available to take us and our luggage back to the car park (about 400m away) but with two other couples checking out ahead of us we decided to walk which was easy enough (and quicker).

Review 86：There is a nightclub right opposite the hotel. It looks like a plain old cafe but it holds over 3 thousand people. One night the music was horrendous and incredibly loud. The police were called but to no avail. The next night we were put into another room which was better. The staff at hotel frustrated rated and powerless.
