Review 1：Located in a small alley, no signs, impossible to find without a map. Tiny rooms. No place to put your luggage. Kitchen vent next to our window - impossible to open your window, you'll feel like bathing in Korean food. Some equipment is worn out and could use replacement.

Review 3：The one cleaning the rooms did not really clean our bathroom. So we did complain it to the owner and the owner himself cleaned it.

Review 11：-Somewhat small but room was manageable for my husband and I even with a considerable amount of bags.

Review 13：Located directly next door to a non-descript place called "Time," which turned out to be a brothel. We inadventenly visited the place thinking it was a neighborhood bar, only to be turned away for being "foreigners" as "none of the girls spoke English." So, yeah, it was a sex joint of some sort.

Review 14：Can't beat the price for the location. Standard, clean "Korean" style hotel, but bathroom a bit old and dingy feeling. Did not have direct control of A/C or heating system, nor full sized bath towels. But when we asked the front desk for all these items they were given to us (A/C remote and towels).

Review 15：Items on survey can receive a good rating if the following can be considered: the room for 3 pax was a tight squeeze .it wld be more comfortable if we were given a bigger room; the bathroom did not have a good drainage...water would seep through the opening on the floor and flood the bathroom instead of flowing out into the pipe; the room was too small to accommodate a small cupboard with hangers for us to hang our coats etc.

Review 16：I liked that the owner of the inn was a hands on person and helped look into our needs there. It is suggested that the staffs be trained to converse in basic english to answer queries when the owner is not on duty at the front desk. The inn was close to the beach front and the subway was abt a 10 mins walk from the inn. No complains about location.

Review 19：We had to ask for toothbrushes. The guy at the reception was quite mean when asked to lower our music. It was way too small, even the bathroom was tiny, and when you had to close the door, it almost touched the toilet.But I guess its what you pay for.

Review 20：The hotel was clean and cheap. I stayed with my boyfriend and we were hardly in the hotel because it was conveniently close to the beach. That was what we were looking for.

My 1 year aged kid and my parents (55+ years) were not able to sleep properly and felt tired during next day also.. though the location and service of the hotel are good enough, i wony stay there again.

Review 28：JJ INN hotel is very near Haeundae market, Haeundae beach and Haeundae Aquarium. These are very easy to get transpotation like the bus or subway to go anywhere.

Review 29：I wish the Blinds were darker...i was awaken by the sun early in the morning and the Moonlight was beaming through so I slept okay but it could have been darker. Also my A/C was really loud I think they need to clean out the filter.

Review 33：Noise is everywhere: all-night action on the streets and numerous nearby cafes (as a side effect of proximity to the beach), morning action from local merchants. A decades old a/c is a total sleep killer: it doesn't just being noisy - it roars in self-resonance of all kinds. Pillows are hard, that means they are as hard as a rock, you just can't adjust them or shape them - they are a problem. Upon check-in you have to write your name in a journal and in the process can see other visitors names, nationality, dates of their stay (journal even has field for passport #, though empty as obviously nobody writes it).

Review 34：It is really 3 minutes walk from the Haeundae beach - a breakthrough for a solo swimmer. Don't know what they mean by their parking being "public", but in fact it is a garage on the first floor of their own building with inner exit directly to the front desk. Staff speaks good English and friendly.

Review 35：The staff was not helpful at all. The Wi-Fi was ok, when it would stay connected to the router. The bed/pillows were extremely hard, and there was water all over the bathroom floor from a leaking toilet. I expressed how unhappy I was to the staff and asked for my money back, and I was going to get another hotel. The only reply I received was "No refund".

Staff at front desk were great, gave me a bowl to reheat some dumplings and also gave me directions to the post office and other places. Big double bed, tv with English channels, sensor lights in doorway, nice thick pillows and duvet.

Review 78：This hotel is cozy and quiet. This hotel is in 5 minutes distance from subway, and safe. Free wifi and hot water shower(really important to me) was available. Bathtub was also there. This hotel is good for travelers with low budget. Room is small but clean. You can buy some food and fruits at markets near hotel. Location was really good, it was only 5 minutes from Haeundae station. Beach was close as well, and supermarket was near hotel too. I spent 2 nights here very comfortably.

Review 80：Even if it’s not located in the main street, there was no difficulty finding the hotel. Room was small but nice, the staff there told me it’s perfect for the travelers traveling alone like me. Unless you want to throw the party in your room, there’s no need to stay in a big room. All the staff was friendly, and fluent in Japanese. One staff called my name right after I checked-in, surprisingly. He said he was waiting for me because I make a reservation in advance. It’s really rare to get this hospitality these days.

Review 84：It”s great… The room was not very big, but clean and cozy. Free wifi was available. Location was really great too, it took only 5 minutes to walk from Haeundae station. Beach was close to hotel, and there were several convenience stores around it. Staff was friendly, they made a comfortable atmosphere all the time. Reasonable price for weekend also, it was really good.

Review 85：Good Location!! It was about 5mins walking from Haeundae Station. Since a couple of people showed me the way, luckily, it was easy to find. The hotel is not on the main road, though, it takes only 2, 3 minutes to approach for the beach. The staff there was really helpful, and always tried to give me a help. I stayed in the standard room with a queen sized bed, which was cozy and good. It was very good to relax in this nice bed after a long day. Location of this hotel was also perfect. It was in walking distance to Beach Shopping street in Haeundae, and there are a couple of markets around the hotel too. It was really good to stay in a good hotel with this cheap price.

The man at the desk spoke at least three languages, his English was more than good enough to assist me with my requirements. the housekeeping lady did not speak any English but still went above and beyond her job requirements to make sure i had everything i needed.
