Review 1：The bedroom was decent yet the bathroom was filled with ants in the sink and mosquitoes in the room. Plus we didn't have any toilet paper. Personally I wouldn't go again. The outside facility needs so much work it looks run down. and the jacuzzi was a joke no one was in the pool and for good reason. If you like to spend time on hotel property this isn't the place.

Review 5：I didn't like the bedding. One thin sheet and small pillows. The beds were also really hard and I didn't sleep well any night that I was there. The bathrooms are hideous and unwelcoming. The windows were only covered by wood blinds that didn't close all the way, so bugs and particularly mosquitos were always coming in the room. The water in the bathroom would not get hot for 3 days and I had to shower with freezing cold water.

Review 7：the road needs fixing from Main street , the doors could use a little foam seal strip to block the noise and light / glare and the soap holder in shower can be placed in front beneath shower .no offence its just something to look into .

Review 9：The location of the property is slightly inconvenient. There are not many restaurants or shops nearby and it is difficult to move around after dark if you do not have your own vehicle.

Review 11：I felt it was rather isolated, after dark you would not want to walk downtown solo. You have to go get a route taxi next street over. It is not expensive because it is a short drive. I did not feel comfortable, others might.

Review 12：The staff here are some of the best I have encountered in all my travels. I travel extensively. From the great receptionists, the cleaning staff and the bar staff. I felt right at home from the minute I got there. I Canot spell the young receptionist name but she was excellent as was her coworker on the suites side of the business.

It took some persistence to get the remote control for the airconditioning. Als they made a mistake on my credit card which they asked me for $5 more first and foremost. The pool was in need of repair and the location was less than desirable. Did not refer us to the spa

Review 34：The pool was dirty when we arrived then they cleaned it but the bottom was smashed so they emptied it and it was out of use that was really disappointing especially as I had read that the pool area was meant to be redone in october which it wasnot. There are no facilities to get food on the premises so you have to eat out. The pizza place downstairs give me and daughter the runs which lasted a few days.

Review 35：The staff are really friendly and willing to help. The rooms are comfortable. You get a fridge, microwave, kettle and iron in your room. The little spa down stairs is lovely the lady is really nice and give my 2year old painted toes and fingers and redone them each time they chipped for free. There is lots to do in the area we went to dunns river, dolphins cove, mystic mountains and went to fisher mans beach which were a 15 min drive away and the town is a 10 min walk.

Review 36：There were no mosquitosnet on the ventilation windows so we had quite a few of mosquitos coming in. The AC was a bit noisy and could not cool down the entire room.

The in-house spa and therapy centre was a little more expensive than expected, but this is in a Jamaican town where price lists are always in USD. The treatment was very professional and effective. The kids enjoyed using the pool. Excellent value overall, and would certainly stay there again.

Review 127：First and foremost the fact that it wasn't in the centre but only 5 minute taxi in was great as you're away from hustle and bustle and left alone, then as soon as you get to reception you meet the absolutely amazing staff who will literally go out their way to help you and make your stay as comfortable as possible. From there you're room will no doubt shock you as to how big it is!! couldn't believe the size of it... huge, and cleaned beautifully. Then the food, you can eat there and the portions are large and the food is good and specified to the more european taste or just a minute walk around the corner there's soldiers which cook some really really great local food and cheap! I loved this place and will definitely definitely definitely go back there next visit.
