Review 1：Room was small, nothing to hang your clothes on, bathrooms were dirty, no equiped at all.
Review 2：Location. Kitchen area was not dirty, compared to the rest of the areas.
Review 3：In the showers and rooms I miss things to hang up clothes or towels. No relax couches.
Review 4：It was super close to everything. On the esplanade, the Lagoon, shops, marina, everything! Amazing location!
Review 5：No facilities. The room was small and there was nothing to hang your stuff on, just a small table. Our shared toilets and shower was a bit dirty, no soap or body wash and the mirror was gone after the first day.

Review 7：The location is super awesome; it is right located at the night market, food court, restaurants, convenient store and ATM, etc. The beach is just across the road and you can enjoy the gourmet food with the fantastic seaside view. The private room is quite and tidy, public bathroom and restroom are kept clean. You can cook by yourself in the kitchen with enough cooking kits, and enjoy the casual party with other guests there. The staff are very helpful and friendly. In all, Jazz Cairns worths the money and would be a great choice for accommodation.

Review 22：Excellent Location and the private room that i was in was quiet at night despite some comments i read about the place being noisy at night. My 9 year old daughter wants us to stay there again the next time we're in Cairns as it right at the esplanade and she gets to spend the evenings there either in the big pool or just catching up with friends there.

Review 27：I did not like the facilities, 1 shared bathroom/restroom for a lot of people. The "fun area" is very close to the rooms either so it was hard to sleep some evenings. The Kitchen is big but just has 1 cooktop for everyone. A/C in the room was not working properly.I stayed in Caravellas Hostel also, so I would not recommend Jazz!

I only stayed in this hostel for one night as I had an early morning the next day and the hostel I was staying in was quite loud at night, and I could tell I wasn't going to be able to sleep there. It was excellent for a one night stay, I can't really judge for the facilities for a longer stay.

Review 42：The pillows were uncomfortable, but wasn't a big deal. Part of the staff was not very helpful, and other was fantastic, so it depens on the perdon who is onn the desk and if you are lucky... The WiFi was not really good.
Review 43：I was in a shared room for girls, and I was lucky cause we were just 3 in a room prepared for 8. There is only WiFi in the kitchen, but in my room next to the kitchen, we had also WiFi (the connexion isn't the best, thought). The kitchen and garden are the only common spaces and no many people use them. There isn't backpacker ambient but it's quiet, at least when I was therre. The beds are pretty new
