Review 1：Very nice location in the country (better have a GPS). Hotel is quite new: rooms are large and very well furnished (a small kitchen is available). Bathroom is high level. Great breakfast in a very "warm" room. Parking is good and free: a bit far away from the room area but you can drive closer to the room just for dropping your luggage down.

Review 4：I have requested hotel for a baby crib and also informed that we will be checking in late. Upon arrival, we found a baby crib to be packed in the box and we had to assemble it ourselves in the middle of the night with a sleeping baby in the arms. The room had no heat and had horrible smell due to plumbing issues in the bathroom, so we had to sleep with an open window. We had an awful experience and would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Review 5：Soap would be better than sachets of shower gel, other than that it was outstanding, so much so we called in on our return journey on the off chance we could stay again! Luckily we could.

Review 6：wonderful reception, the host waited in the dark for our arrival as it is a bit outside the town. She could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was very good indeed.

Review 7：The wi-fi in the room was so weak, it was barely working. It was more than good enough in the shared areas though. We were told the wi-fi would be up and running in all rooms in a couple of weeks. When this happens, the place deserves top score.

Review 23：The room was spacious, modern and beautifully decorated - it looked as if it were brand new, but we found out the B&B was newly renovated 8 years ago. There was a minibar with hot drinks, soup and wine among other things, that made our stay very comfortable. Finally, the hostess was extremely friendly and helpful.

Review 26：The location was excellent for our needs, we got to Ypres and Brugge very easily, lots of eating places nearby, the room was spacious and the kitchenette a very useful feature, with a full size fridge. Also very easy to find, but in a very peaceful setting.
