Review 3:The accommodations were fitting for staying in the Tower of the City Guard overlooking the clock tower and the city gate. The staff was eager to make sure all of our needs were met with a smile. We would highly recommend staying here.
Review 4:breakfast could be better, freah orange juice and any omlette would be fine.
Review 5:Big rooms with medievial concept. Very good location.
Review 6:Nothing
Review 7:Location - wonderful natural beauty - and very helpful staff!
Review 8:Is a very good place, scenic and cosy. Staff is kind and gentle
Review 9:Can be noisy as is on main square
Review 10:location Staff View from window
Review 11:I didn't get to stay longer and some noise at night, to be expectedgiven location though, certainly not enough to interrupt sleep
Review 12:The room was gorgeous and huge for Europe. The location was amazing, in the old town, but close to the gates so a short stroll to the beach The girls on reception were a delight!
Review 13:There was no power on the water in the jacuzzi and only extremely hot water in the shower, so impossible to bath or shower. The bed room noisy - I didn't care but others might
Review 14:I was given an upgrade to an amazing 3 room apartment which was perfect. Nice decor, super location, fabulous bed - one of the best I had. It is a really nice hotel.
Review 15:They staff very nice, but not know english good. The staff don't let you use the elevator even for the heavy luggage.
Review 16:The location of the hotel in the center of the old city, near all the tourist atraction.
Review 17:The hotel is build as a part of the old city wall, and the corridors are very long and reminded me at bit of the corridors in "The Shining"... :-) But I liked it, and I also liked (in a funny way) the decoration inside with a lot of portraits of old men with wigs and sail ships in battle. Placed in the middle of old town and right above the harbour.
Review 18:It is located in a very noisy spot and it is bizarrely understaffed which leads to various types of problems, cleaning problems being the most important of them.
Review 19:Long, nice, wood-covered corridors, breakfast hall. Receptionists (1 per shift) are about the only staff we have seen around and the poor girls make everything in their power to shoulder the responsibility of this middle size hotel.
Review 20:AC in the balcony is working very noisy, almost imposible to sleep. Smell of cigaretes in the room. Poor breakfast. No WiFi in the rooms.
Review 21:It might be a wonderful hotel, but isn't. It has fantastic location, fantastic building, big rooms.
Review 22:Of the facilities, really only the outside cafe on the square was operational. The noisy air conditioner from that cafe was unfortunately by one of my windows and was running late into the night.
Review 23:My room was a large, well appointed quasi-suite with luxurious furnishings (though the portraits of naval officers were in fact photographs of oil paintings). The furnishings were still in excellent condition---not always the case in Montenegro---and the staff were very helpful. The location is fantastic in three converted civic buildings in the old town.
Review 24:AC went out in the middle of the night and given primie location it is a bit loud.
Review 25:Awesome location, nice rooms, and very friendly staff.
