Review 1：I requested a smoking room, when I arrived after midnight they said they don't have one, it took them a wihle and some phone calles, then decided that I stay at a nonsmoking room with no issues to smoke?!!!!

Review 2：The only thing that i didn't like was the noise that i heard from outside. They should have been built the room soundproof at least!

Review 3：It's a good place to stay. Service was good and the staff were accomodating. The location was just fair enough to a nearby malls and restaurants. Internet connection was okay.

Review 8：the AC was out of control too cold , after more than one hour they move me to another room but it wasn't clean so i prefer to go back to clean and cold room rather then worm and dirty one .

Review 9：No parking, underground parking is closed for maintenance. street parking is very limited and on top was flooded.

Review 32：when I complained about some issues, the front office did not respond, while i found that the hotel manager called me and insisted to apologize with a complementary lunch. the restaurants are great, specially the Indian one, really delicious food and friendly staff, definitely I will visit them again.

Review 37：every morning in the middle of my shower the water is stop, it happened all the three days which I stay in the hotel. The staff are impolite and when I complained to the duty manager, he told me ( what I can do most of new stuff are bad).

Review 43：Warm food should be warm and breakfast warm food also. After complaining twice nothing was changed. Bathrooms should not have areas where mould remains are on the ceiling.

Review 45：Bad smell once you enter the lobby to your room, every time. Dirty forks in the restaurant where I get the worst breakfast at very high price. Poor breakfast quality, service and restaurant staff who where very rude. Sound insulation between the rooms is very very bad. TV screen is very small where you can't see subtitles. Although I was in non-smoking floor, but the smell of cigarets was very strong?! I will never ever go there again.

Review 52：Requested a double room and got a twin room instead. Rooms were not clean and had a very unpleasant humidity odor. Spoons and napkins in the tea/coffee making set were aparalty used by the previous guest and unchanged.

Review 53：Dirty bathroom 1 hour to get an iron from the 19th century and an ironing board that kept collapsing and caused the iron to burn my hand. Been called up several hours after I checked out to ask me why I had not checked out..

Review 54：Due to the new overpass built next to the hotel, it is very difficult to reach by car, which has likely hurt the hotel's business considerably. Lobby areas including seating areas, coffee shop and restaurants are very dated and look like they havent been updated since the hotel opened. smoking is allowed in the lobby lounge/ coffee shop which means almost the entire lobby/ reception area smells like stale cigaratte smoke. The lobby also seems to be a favorite hangout spot for very rude and unprofessional saudi men to smoke and chat. Restuarant quality wasnt that great and would not recommend eating at the hotel if you do decide to stay here. Shower lacked hot water most of the time and the hairdryer didnt work. The business center doubles as a conference room. There was a meeting taking place there when I needed to print out some documents pior to meeting with a client. I was told by the staff that this was the only printer available and that I couldnt use for another 2 hours (my meeting was in half an hour).

Review 55：Front desk service staff were friendly and professional for the most part. Rooms while dated were clean and comfortable and had no issues with noise. I slept comfortably.

Review 56：Not recommended for ExPats. Took 35 minutes to check in. Allowed other people to cut in. Bathroom shower force too low to use. Dirty bathroom water drainage on floor, next to toilet. AC control does not work- room too cold. Strong smell of paint. Overall, this hotel has seen it's better days. Will choose La Meridian instead next time.

I only came for one night, the room service should have checked everything prior to delivering the room. It is not the client's job to look after the maintenance....

Review 68：Very noisy machinery was working all night from room 1316. I hired a hotel taxi and the price was a bit steep ro the airport for 125 SR. I thought it was going to be a pleasant ride but oh no the deiver had to have a body odor that caused me a headache for hours. Worst most expensive ride I've taken to the airport ever whether locally or internationally. This ride made history in my own life. Story ro be told for a long time for the lack of supervision on personal hygiene of Ramada staff.
