Review 1：Room was dirty. There was a hole n the wall and I did not have a mosquito net. Rats inbetween double ceiling and animals scratch on the walls throughout the night. Would not be a problem if there would not have been a whole in the wall. I think the bathroom has not been cleaned for days or weeks.
Review 2：Yes it has a nice view but that is it. It was my most sleepless night during my trip.

Review 4：There was building work going on when I was there Nov 2015, although it looks take bit like a building site round the back, I was not affected by nose for the work.

Review 7：The guesthouse had a small line of great little bungalows overlooking the river with a balcony to sit out on. Great for somewhere to relax and only a 5 minute walk from the town centre. Wifi was also great, the best we've had so far.

Review 10：Yes wr only paid around $8 for a night but the cleanliness of yhe toilet was aweful. The room had so many bugs in it too. And when we took showers, the water smelled bad too.

Review 13：The view on the surrounding countryside is amazing. Good bungalow for a cheap price. Basic bathroom but functional with hot water (hole in tap but it was ok). The owner was very nice and picked us up at the bus station which is out of town late in the evening (charged us for that at the decent price though).
Review 14：The room needed a bit more love. Treacherous path and stairs to get to room in the rainy season, discolored bedding, the walls were painted close but not up to the ceiling, the faucet had a hole squirting water in two directions, the fan fell off the wall in the middle of the night (but was fixed the next day).
Review 15：Nice location overlooking a rice paddy. There was also a fridge and little water cooler (1L) in the room that dispensed cool and hot water.
