Review 1：There was a cigarette smell in the room. The coffee served was already cold and so as the replacement. I have requested for a hot water and it didn't come.

Review 2：Noise from the air-conditioning system from the building across the room I was in. It made a grinding sound at 6:30 every morning, disturbing my sleep. No room safe. Hard pillows. Smelly basement. Spotty wifi.

Review 4：First off, staff of Bacolod Business Inn wasn't helpful or lacks effort to give good customer service. We only asked them if they know if which among the restaurants on our list which was very near the hotel were already open and they couldn't answer and had to even look at each other. Then we asked where they recommend us to eat since they don't seem to know any information about the restaurants we asked and they couldn't even give us any recommendation. I know it was early in the morning like 7am or 8am but not even making an effort to check is just disappointing. The room has really dim lights, only 2 soaps and 2 sachets of shampoo in the bathroom, which to me lacks facilities. It is also on the far side of Lacson street although this is manageable since it is only one straight jeepney away to the better side of Lacson street.

Review 11：i dont like the room where i stay with my familys ,first is poor wifi dirty room and door is so noisy when u dont know how to lock properly and so noisy outside coz the restaurant is just behind and everytime u will go out you need to past the restaurant all the time ,its my first time i encounter that kind of hotel in my whole life , i travel a lots of places but i think this is the worst experience i got , the reason i select in website booking coz i think its better what i A'm expecting in the picture that showing ,but i was wrong ...will thanks

Review 13：Wanted to order room service only to be told I 'cannot' charge it to my room because I did not deposit. I was not informed when I checked in. It's not like I am gonna run off and not pay my bill. Another reason why I picked this hotel was the gym. I was able to use their stinky and roach infested facility. Not that I have warned you enough... you have to pass through the busy restaurant in your skimpy gym attire because reception said there is no other way to head to the gym where in fact there was a staircase opposite the gym that leads to the rooms. First and last time I am checking in

Review 14：The AC was noisy and at some point the water from the AC leaked and it caused flooding in some area of the room. My luggage got wet from the flooding too. When i booked my room, nothing said stated that the hotel didnt have an elevator. I had bad knees and it wasnt comfortable at all.

Review 16：I paid more because I booked with booking.com in advance but could have got the room cheaper if I just turned up as they had a promotion on. View from the window was of the buildings air conditioning etc

Review 17：Security, staff, rooms are all very good. Open roof and tree in the centre of the Inn gives the hotel an unusual centre piece. Location to shops is fair.
