Review 9：The check out time was not feeling good. I just went out for breakfast and go back for check out. They already put my luggage and my things outside the room and cleaned the room. This give me a bad impression that they are chase you out even though the check out time is by 12PM noon.

Review 11：I have to share the bathroom with other rooms and the cleanliness varies depends on how other guests behave. The blanket and pillows may have some old dirt on it. The owner can speak good English but he may not attentive to your inquiry promptly.

Review 20：Wow! My first experience to Korean luxurious high rise home. You just cant beat the location, its at the tip of Seomyeon the heart of busan which never sleeps. But also on the quiet end that offers u a good nught sleep. The 36th floor bird eye view from Haru's (the host) home is like going to busan tower (of course from different viewpoints), the place is spotlessly clean thanks to haru's father who is usually on day duty whereas Haru usually stationed on his computer desk at night time. Haru might not be the warmest host and his father barely speaks English but they are always kind and polite to any of your requests or questions asked, so I was very pleased with my stay at such lovely ambience. Breakfast was quite minimal but adequate to kick start the day with eggs and toasts, tea and coffee (yes, there is a short of culeries but I am sure you can manage without or sharing the same fork). There is a washing machine and drying facilities with minimal charges on washing powders, so definietly worth to have a go if you have a week of dirty laundry in your backpack. Met an interesting Hongkong gal who signed up for farming programme ard Korea with lots of stories and thoughts on exchange. If you had the energy, Seomyeon shopping and dining areas are the places in reach in less than 5-7 mins walk while you can also taste the best pork rice in soup on the neighborhood (5 mins walk also from the building). Definitely recommend taking a snapshot on ur phone of the front of the building "Norwegian Woods" esp at night as it can get quite confusing when you attempted to walk back to the building from a different road back from Seomyeon and you can just show the pic to the police or any random trustworthy pedestrians. We had some troubles finding the place at the beginning but was lucky to bump into a beautiful korean gal who happened to live in the same luxurious building and I m going to offer you some good tip.

The hostel has an amazing city view from the 36th floor and living there was very comfortable. It was close to a subway and removed from the extreme amounts of people in other parts of Busan. Can't wait to stay there again.

Along the way to subway station got at least two 24 hours convenience stores. Guesthouse itself is renovated with good taste with big bathroom!!

The view from the hostel is great (the main reason why I chose to stay here) The dorm has a walk in closet with lockers, clothes rails and space for luggage which was great and an extra space with dresser & mirror which was really useful in the mornings when everyone wanted a shower & to do their makeup, so you didn't have to wait much The dorm was also really spacious so it didn't feel stuffy and beds are larger than a regular single so it was very comfortable. The dorm has an en suite bathroom which is private. & it's right next to beomnaegol station (and near seomyeon city centre)

It's not that far from subway station, about 10 mins walks and close to bus stop. They let you to drop the luggage first in the event of you arrive early and they even deliver the luggage to your room once the room is ready if you are not back by the time for check in.

Review 52：Dynamic Guesthouse is in the penthouse of one of the tall buildings in the center of Busan. The view is superb day and night. The interior design of the place is cozy and homey. The location is very accessible to restaurants, groceries, cafes and to subway station. Even if we only stayed for a night I really enjoyed the place and view. The breakfast is good with the fresh juices and coffee for free. The bathroom is big and all needed toiletries were provided. Really cool place to stay.

Review 76：I did not know that they do not accept credit cards so I had to pay in cash for the entire 4 night stay upon arrival for the suite and the deluxe bedroom. Luckily I brought enough extra cash in USD and could visit a bank to exchange into won the next day for spending purposes. Also they provide small face towels only and not the larger hotel style bath towels. But this is a minor point.
Review 77：Haru & his dad are great hosts. The guesthouse is actually a top floor (level 36) condominium with a large living area and with nice views of the city. Very convenient location near subway station and across the road from loads of shops and restaurants & street food. As there were 6 of us, We took the suite as well as the deluxe bedroom, both of which had attached private bathrooms. The free bread, eggs (cook yourself), coffee and tea for breakfast was adequate as there was a proper kitchen area for cooking with microwave oven and fridge & cooking hub.

Review 86：Very good location, between Seomyeon and Beomnaegol Subway Stations. The guesthouse is in the top of a 36-storey building overlooking the city. I found the guesthouse with the guide of the document of “how to find us” provided by the guesthouse manager beforehand. However, one should be very careful to get the right part of the building: there are two elevators, one for apartments 1, 2, 3 and other for 4, 5, 6. Be sure to turn left when you enter the Building 102 taking the elevator for apartments 4, 5, 6, as the guesthouse is in 3604, 3605 and 3606. It is really a nice stay in the Dynamic Guesthouse, and I will certainly be back again.
Review 87：We lived the new address of Dynamic, in there you can enjoy the night viewing on floor 36 with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city. This guest house is great with complete facilities, wifi, kitchenware etc.. besides the hoteliers are nice.

Review 90：We stayed on 30 over storeys and the view was great. We had the suite and so the outside of the bedroom is a shared kitchen with everything available. You make your own breakfast and they provide juice, a loaf of bread and you can cook your own eggs. There is a washing machine and a place to dry your laundry. We requested a land transfers and arrangement was smooth. Haru also send confirmation and reminders a day before your stay. It was really pleasant and I would recommend people to come here.

Full kitchen is available and the en-suite bathroom was huge. The property was just minutes away from the metro station.

The condo has tight security measures, you need a gate card to enter the building. There is a full kitchen in the condo. Th.e rooms are big and spacious. The view is stunning from the 55th floor!
Review 100：The house owner doesn't aware on which bed of the dormitory rooms had been taken, which wasn't. So, if you're single traveler like I do, you'll need to check with those who check-in day(s) before you to ensure which bed are empty. Location map are quite confusing, as there's shops linked to the subway, and there's exits much nearer. But still, location are quite far for those with large luggage.
