Review 1：The interior looks so unique and impressive. Relaxing ambience, the staff were professional and friendly. We also found the price very reasonable compared to other hotels. We highly recommend Q hotel!

Review 2：Room Services also in my exsective room bathroom only one light working i call twice to changed it after 2 days they fixed it one shower screen missing when you have shower water all over, toilet leaking, outside in between the room no light was very poor service even i request toilet paper no one care i call again next day they bring only one hahaha for 5 people leaving in the suit was realy bad 5 night we spend 2 years ago i booked this hotel was very good thats why i booked again but this time was very bad sorry if i been very straight but this is what happen to us

Review 4：There was some noise after midnight arising from a next door printing office (I would assume it was a newspaper) which was heard on a daily basis between 1 am and 2 am. It was loud enough to bother my sleep.

Review 11：According to money we paid hotel was accelent. And the street we are staying is very close to pubs and stores and good restaurants.

Review 12：The furniture is very good but the other fixtures of the hotel are not quite as good, for example the bath tub (room 603). Also the hotel is generally clean but more can be done to make it spotless. A small hotel like the Q can really be a luxury boutique hotel but attention to details is required. Having said that, I will definetly stay there again

Review 14：The room was very comfortable - the opulent velvet decor is a matter of taste. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet is fine - but the restaurant does not pay homage to Beirut's fine cuisine so eat elsewhere. Plenty of good restaurants in the Hamra neighbourhood.

Review 15：Night staff didn't speak much English, I had problems when checking out. They even go check the room before you go, weird thing since they have your card info.

Review 17：the room carpet was witjh sticky spots and not clean. the bathroom edges of jaccuzi were not very clean and Jacuzzi jets did not work. there was no shower curtain or glass partition, water will splash out and fill the bathroom when having a bath.

Review 19：Unfortunately our jacuzzi didn't have a stopper and when told it wasn't replaced. The kitchen was quite small and had no microwave. Also not enough supplies room for the amount of guests staying in the room.

Review 20：Rami on reception was extremely helpful. One of our phones didn't connect to the wifi and the staff went above and beyond to help fix it. The pillows were so comfortable and the breakfast had quite a varied selection. The balcony had a lot of furniture on it which was a bonus and the hotel location is excellent.

Review 21：This hotel is not a four star.the toilet was stinking throughout.the jacuzzi was not working. The rooms were not clean and the breakfast was not sumptuous. Omelette was chargable!!also the cab arranged by the hotel was pathetic and overcharged us.

Review 23：despite having a taxi company right next door (5 steps away exactly), if you ask the reception to arrange for a taxi they insist to only provide you with the hotel car..I didn't understand the need to do that since the comfort of the guest should be their priority (ps there isn't a huge price difference between the two) Also, the rooms are very lovely, however in my room the wall paper needed some fixing as small parts of it were ripped.

Review 27：Breakfast could have been a bit more varied, but still ok. The TVsvaried in channels from room to room, which was a bit annoying. Iknow people change channels themselves, but might be an idea to lockthe channels in. Not having room-service late at night was a bitannoying too.

Review 28：Location, comfort and staff were all excellent, wi-fi was good.Breakfast was not great, but not bad either. Moving to the suite andpaying $20 extra was definitely worth it. Balcony was lovely, even ifHamra does get a bit boisterous at times.

Review 29：The location was amazing, the hotel is beautiful, i am a frequent traveller and this hotel is unique. The staff were amazing and the service was 5 star. Breakfast was delicious and a huge variety. The rooms and balcony was a bit small but it is a restored building and the atmosphere and service definitely makes up for it.

Review 31：excellent location next to hamra st and a walking distance from bliss st ..where u have a variety of choices of diff cafes n restaurants. right next to the hotel is a lebanon taxi service which is reasonably priced n convenient. the pillows n matress were very comfortable. excellent wifi.

Review 33：The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was great. The hotel decor reminded of a French salon, but not tawdry or tatty. The breakfast was great and hotel shuttle service very good when you arrive at 4am!

Review 34：1- Smelly floor, even though I have rented a suite but at the sane floor there are rooms with kitchen! !!! Whenever someone is cooking we have to smell !!! 2- very narrow (3 persons max) and only one poor elivator which forces you to wait and wait until it reaches you (servung 8 floors with that poor elivator ) 3- very noisy street with a traffic light and crowded cars using their horns day and night 4- very poor staff in deakung with customer .... they need to learn the basics of how to satisfy a customer 5- problems with the electrical wires of the suite I was in. .. electricity went off twice and I had to call for help 6- they did not respect Booking.com announced prices and charged me extra 10% 7- the staff informed me about the increase at 11 pm in a very bad way at the last night so they left me without any other choice but ti pay

Review 37：Although It's a small hotel but luxurious as a big one, It makes you feel worm and intimacy, The staff makes you feel royalty, and among his walls you can write poetry. This is my second stay and I'll keep coming back.

Review 38：i always get the unexpected room. Fir example the last time i reserved for a deluxed double room and i ended gretting a room with twin beds... Beside it, i love the hotel but they must be more careful with the reservations.

Review 42：The mattrase had some sort of plastic sheet below the covers that I found uncomfortable. The pizza we ordered food room service wasn't very good. Although the breakfast selection was good, would have liked more hot cooked options instead of just boiled eggs and sausages.

Review 44：wifi is too slow. shower has a glass wall which also makes toilet visible from the room and there is no way to cover it. can be a problem for some people :) it is an issue in overall beirut but you can wake up with car honkings.

Review 63：It was rather unusual and not very comfortable for me to have a glass wall in the bathroom. The bathroom itself was very large with jacuzzi in it. It was located just in front of the bed. One could lay in the bed and watch a person bathing in jacuzzi )
