Review 2：This hotel was 2nd choice for us the other was booked. We are so glad weended up at Spledido. Food was great. Massage was great. And Milovanarranged for private boat ride for my husband and I out in the bay ofKotor. It was spectacular. And the setting is like a dream.

Review 6：This place is really dated. Needs a refurb. Room was really tiny. Mould on tiles in shower cubicle walls.Bedroom/bathroom floors need a major clean. The breakfast was the worst we ever encountered. No table settings so you had to collect all the condiments & set your own table. Chipped crockery. Dining room is a horrible looking room. Just tables & walls. This could be a great place but obviously the owners do not care. The only thing this place has going for it is the staff, location & pool. Would advise anyone to look elsewhere in Prcanj. There are two hotels nearby.

Review 8：It is a real shame that our check-in experience at this hotel was not very good at all. We had booked this hotel as a special birthday surprise for my fathers 70th Birthday and had paid extra to book a superior room with a sea-view for my father. Also, ahead of our arrival I had asked the hotel to provide a quote for a Birthday cake to be prepared as a surprise for my father as we were arriving on his birthday. Unfortunately at check-in, the receptionist asked loudly, in front of my father whether we still wanted a birthday cake- completely ruining the surprise! Furthermore, the superior room that was given to my father was so small there was no space to even open the suitcase and to use the toilet you had to sit sideways as the hand-basin overhung the toilet seat! Additionally, despite not being mentioned on the booking form, the two standard rooms we had booked only had sky-lights and no proper windows! We were alerted to this before we even got to the room and told we would have to pay 16.50 euros extra per night, per room to have an actual window! I found this very unacceptable as we were also asked to pay extra if we wanted to change my parents superior room to a slightly larger room!!! So we essentially were being asked to pay extra for all three rooms - something we had not budgeted for. After a lot of discussion they waived the additionally cost for my fathers room but we still had to pay extra for the windows in the other rooms. I would strongly advise that you specifically ask for a room with a window if you book this property as the rooms with a 'sky-window' as they describe it are very dark indeed.

Review 9：This hotel is in an absolutely beautiful location with a fantastic view of the mountains and sea and a lovely pool area. We loved being able to relax in the peace and quite of the poolside area and very much enjoyed the delicious food at breakfast and in the restaurant. The carrot cake at breakfast was to die for and the lunchtime salads were absolutely delicious. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax and soak up the views and the sun I highly recommend Hotel Splendido. This hotel is just outside of Kotor town giving it the peacefulness we were looking for, but only a short drive from Kotor, Perast and Tivat which are all worth a visit. We also very much enjoyed hiring the Kayaks at the hotel and going and exploring the area by Kayak

Review 33：The room was quite small and only had a roof window. Breakfast on Saturday was satisfactory but on Sunday there were no hot dishes. Bed was uncomfortable. Not so close to city center, you need to have a car or get on a bus etc.

Review 35：The aircondition in our room stoped working, they tried to solve the problem, wasted our time, and then late night they gave us another room with aircondition. It was a great inconvenience. Another problem: We had in the room a hairdryer which did not fit the electricity. It took them 24 hours to solve the problem.

Review 42：The location couldn't be better: peaceful and quiet, yet really close to Kotor. Beautiful stone building, really cozy, so unlike crowded resorts. Nice pool with sea water. Marvellous views of the Kotor Bay with passenger cruisers passing by every other day - priceless! The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Rooms fairly clean, could be a bit larger though (and we had an "executive room"). Perfect for leisure.

Review 44：Extremely good situated hotel with nice swimming pool and directly at the sea. Friendly and helpfull staff. Breakfast outside at the terrace with the beautifull view at the mountains surrounding the sea.

Review 45：this hotel is in a perfect in location for a romantic break but the small (seawater) pool was full of young kids. No drinking water is provided after 10.30am, you are expected to purchase water at the hotels inflated prices. Purchasing water at the small shop near to hotel for use by pool is not allowed. I would expect an Hotel of this standard to provide free drinking water at all times.
