Review 1：Depending on the room one is assigned the elevator could be a long distance away. The bathtub should have safe guards as I felt very insecure upon leaving. It would be nice to have screen on the bathroom window for cross ventilation. Our GPS could not find the villa, using either street address or GPS coordinates. There are road signs however so if one is watching closely you can eventually locate.

Review 2：We enjoyed the beautiful villa, the grounds are lovely, the pool beautiful and the breakfasts superb. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions. The parking was en site and the grounds very secure.

Review 3：There was nothing bad to say. The only downside is the location, however, it was so nice and quite that we really didn't miss that it wasn't ideally located. The surroundings are superbly taken care of and is a nice park like setting. It is less than 2 miles to the down town area so getting to/from dinner was very easy.

Review 4：First, the staff is amazing!! then the breakfast was one of the best ever. you seldom get fresh berries for breakfast and they were plenty (blueberries, raspberries and strawberries). Kiwi that was perfectly ripe and tons of great things to choose from. I enjoyed especially the wonderful cappuccinos every morning. And there was no limit so I treated myself to 2. The facility is clean and very, very nice. I would stay there again, and highly recommend it. Having friendly staff makes anyone's vacation more enjoyable and Villa Agnese went out of their way many times always friendly and helpful.

Review 8：Beautiful tranquil setting but also very handy for the 'autostrada' for touring - could access within minutes. Best continental breakfast selection have ever seen. Deserves a rating of 4 or 5 stars.

Review 9：The villa is about a 10 minute drive to the centre of Sestre Levante, which by the way is a really nice and truly Italian village with little tourisme. One can stay at a nice hotel right accross from the beach in the town center for less than what we we paid at the Villa.

Review 13：It is difficult to find and not close to any restaurants, shopping, the train, the Bay. No restaurant available after breakfast, only a cash bar. Charging for pool towels is not expected. The bed pillows too flat.

Review 14：The staff, rooms, decor, pool, the breakfast, the grounds, parking, the security, the value. When I left a bag of valuables behind, the receptionist kept it safe for me and tried to contact me.

Review 15：The only thing that bothered us was the fact that the hotel is very hardto find because it is approached from an exit close to the freeway thatrequires many turns through back streets, under a bridge and through avery industrial looking section.However, it is on a lovely piece of property and safely behind a walled garden and automatic gates. Once on the property, you are in rural Italy at the base of a beautiful estate!

Review 16：The facility was excellent and very conveniently located to the lovelytown of Sestri Levante. It was exceptionally clean, up to date, andcomfortable. The staff was exceedingly courteous and very helpful.Wonderful buffet breakfast each morning either on the beautifullylandscaped terrace by the pool or in the lovely area off the lobby opento the gardens and pool.It is a very special site as it sits within the base of a large ancient estate belonging to the owners. It is complete with a lovely terrace above the hotel with grape vines and tall, beautiful pines and other trees. A perfect spot to sit with an evening glass of wine! Everything is done to make your stay enjoyable.

The rooms and grounds are obviously treated withgreat care by the staff; it felt like a luxury apartment complex. Weenjoyed opening our patio doors onto the swimming pool area and sittingin the adjacent garden area. Parking is ample and is located in a gatedarea. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Review 43：Sestri Levante and especially this hotel was a highlight of our trip. We wanted to visit Cinque Terre the following day and were looking for a cheap room somewhere close. Looking at the map I decided to look for Sestri Levante and fortunately, I found this hotel. It was absolutely fabulous, comfortable, staff was helpful and the price was excellent. But to go to the seaside, you need a car or take a taxi.
