Review 1：Room was smaller than expected but it was still good.

Review 2：Beautiful location in the woods. Hotel staff really helped us out and managed to accommodate us for dinner even though the hotel was fully booked for New Years. They even lent us a baby monitor so we could let our child sleep in the room while we enjoyed our New Years eve dinner. They went above and beyond our expectations! Pool and sauna were nice:) Breakfast was great. Lots of healthy options. Really comfy beds.

Review 3：The interior is a bit dark, not much light coming in. soundproofing is really poor, the baby next room kept us awake at night. Pool area furniture needs to be updated.

Review 4：Breakfast buffet was really great. The hotel is close to the station but still surrounded by the forest and the national park, beautiful. The staff was always very helpful and nice. We had a nice surprise from the hotel since it was Sinterklaas day.

Ignorant as I was a young man in my twenties over from the UK going to a festival, asked a number of times for a taxi to be phoned which I was given a number to call myself, also cost me a few quid since I was abroad on my mobile, then the taxi company couldn't understand my English. No help from reception staff at all, I'm sure this hotel had more to offer but never got told about any of what it had. It was that bad I even checked myself out a day before. Would not recommend at all. oh I also left the please clean my room sign on the door handle which never got done on 2 occasions definitely will not be back

Review 36：this is an excellent place to stay - the staff are so helpful and the hotel is so well equipped. It's brilliant. They even let you make your own waffles at breakfast. And then there's a small gym/sauna/pool where you can work off those calories. The lecture theatre turns into a cinema on Saturday night.

Review 57：The location -on the edge of the woods- is perfect for wanderers. Nunspeet is a charming town with nice shops. The hotel itself is very friendly, clean, and comfortable. Swimming pool is also great, a bit small though but we were lucky as there were not too many people or none when we went there. Breakfast is excellent!!

Review 58：Good location right next to the forest and a 10 minute walk to Nunspeet. Friendly staff at all times and good facilities with a nice pool (open 7am - 11pm) and sauna. They were also showing a movie in the theatre there which we did not have a chance to see, unfortunately. Would really recommend this hotel!

Review 59：Having travelled from England and arrived a little after 22:00 hours(for check in by 23:00), we were told that they had made a mistake andoverbooked, so they didn't have a room for us. We booked on June 21stand gave a mobile number but were not rung in advance... We watchedsomeone else check in as we walked to the front doors, so it was clearlyfirst come first served... Not what you want late at night after a longjourney. They had booked a room in another hotel, but gave us no map orcomplimentary upgrade to sweeten things. Not at all impressed.

Review 66：just returned from hotel and we loved it there, had a ground floor room with patio, so we could play badmington with our son...Reception staff were brilliant, the pool was lovely and my son learned to swim there..yey. breakfast was one of the best we have had as far as choice goes...donuts, warm wafels with apple pie at breakfast is always going to be a winner for me..ha but they had lots of healthy things and we loved the fresh honey comb. The forest area around is fab also, a very nice stay and we look forward to returning soon
