Buri Resort & Spa sells fast on our site. Set in an isolated part of Puerto Galera, Buri Resort & Spa offers native villas built with local hardwood and bamboo, equipped with modern amenities. It features an outdoor pool and provides free internet access in the tranquil villas.
Featuring a private balcony with views of lush greenery, spacious air-conditioned villas are fitted with tiled flooring, a minibar and en suite bathroom with hot/cold shower facility. Select villas come with a flat-screen TV.

Review 1：Unfortunately we were given bad advice about how to travel to our next destination which turned an 8 hour journey into a 25 hour one.
Review 2：We were there during Typhoon Nona, but the staff made our stay as comfortable as possible.

Review 8：Our stay was very serene and close to nature. Food is pricey but delicious. Excellent service. We didn't expect that the staff will set up a candlelight dinner for our anniversary.

Waiting time for food was far too long - in restaurant as well as room service. Shower is great for Philippine standard. For western standard temperature and flow should be improved.
Review 10：We loved the stand alone villa. Gave us privacy and yet in the comfort of the compound. The pools are clean, properly sized and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved to sit on the balcony, listen to the beautiful sound of exotic birds.

Review 13：The boardwalk no longer exist. The beach is not that nice, little dirty, lots of boats are parked on the leftside of the resorts beachfront.
Review 14：Absolutely relaxing ambiance, felt really close to nature. Woke up to the sound of birds chirping. Stayed in a garden villa, and we have an outdoor bathtub, it was really awesome. The room feels cozy. Very romantic place. Very accomodating and courteous staff. Loved the pool.

Review 21：1. The place is too far from Muelle Puerto Galera and White Beach. It needs to pay for a private boat for Php 250 per way. 2. Very expensive foods. Very expensive transportation using a private boat. 3. Wifi is only available at the public areas such as pools and restaurants. Not available in rooms. 4. Not ideal for beach swimming. There place is not intended for beach swimming but you may used there swimming pool facility. 5. Not a soundproof room. 6. Not accesible for a night life at the White Beach and Sabang Beach, Puerto Galera. You have to ride a boat at night.

Review 23：Not that this is bad or hindered our good time but know that the villa's are located up the side of a hill and you do need to climb a number of stairs. Good exercise :)
Review 24：Our family of 5 had a great trip to the Buri Resort. We loved the pool area and when we wanted to go snorkeling, the front desk had all of the needed equipment including towels and a beach mat. We also enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. Gorgeous! Staff were wonderful and accommodating. Thanks for the great weekend!
Review 25：The restaurant food is just good. As there aren't really any other places to eat, you find yourself staring at the same menu for each meal. Dessert size was very skimpy.

Review 39：Paradise! Excellent cabins in beautiful jungle surroundings. The staff were very helpfull, attentive and pollite. The restaurant had a very wide variety of food, both western and local, and at resonable prices. Note that the resort is very isolated from the nearby towns, and is not reachable by cars or bikes. Only by boat.
