Review 1：Place is outdated. Windows need to be clean. Showers need to be mildew free. Food needs to be served hot. Breakfast buffet, in most cases did not have a burners underneath the chaffing dishes. That's a food safety violation. Employees need to be trained in customer service.

Review 3：1. Hot shower was not working. You need to call for assistance whenever you need to use it. 2. I book a deluxe room to enjoy the garden/pool view but turned out, all I see is a large tent. 3. Wifi is very slow everywhere. 4. Food are expensive

Review 7：Good location, nice room. They quickly accomodated our request to be transferred to another room when a group of really noisy students occupied the room next to ours.

Review 8：Staff lacking motivation. Tired looking. Restaurant has extensive menu but poor quality. When I asked the cashier to change a 500 peso note (abt $12) for smaller denominations she declined saying that she had no small change. 3 star at best.

Review 10：The breakfast buffet offered in the morning is ridiculous. Only offers 2 viands. Canned Tuna and chorizo. Which is really a bad idea. First to see canned tuna being offered at a hotel. All the food offered are off. I don't know if they have chef.

Review 12：Aircon was hot and old. We asked for a replacement and the receptionist said for us to get a superior room instead and handed us a brochure which was very rude of her.

Review 14：About the rules on breakfast. You have a free breakfast but must be consume on the lobby. It happened that I was sick had fever and diarrhea same with my wife, hungry called the front desk for breakfast in our room. Said we have to pay because the free is to be consume downstairs.

Review 16：1. House keeping doesn't know how to knock the door or say house keeping to clean the room. He/ She just open the door. 2. Other hotels that I stayed, automatic the breakfast for two person. But this Hotel, no way they will gave you breakfast for 2. 3. In the middle of the night the next door or room, they had a loud music which it's irritates me. 4. Before I left my room, I've put the sign of DO NOT DISTURB. When I come back I found out, they already cleaned the room which is still dirty like hell. 5. I will not come back in this Hotel. I felt DISGUSTING LIKE HELL...

Review 19：Planta Centro is quite far from the airport however, the location was quite convenient as there was the Merci pasalubong shop across the hotel and the Gaisano Mall within a 10min walking distance. The Spanish-style hotel itself is very nice and cozy plus not too may people as it is only a 2 story hotel with about 84 rooms so.. not too crowded, which I liked. The breakfast was included in our room rates but it was unappetising. It was the same selection. except for 1 protein dish for the 4days that we were there. There was free wifi however, the signal was very weak specially in the rooms. The lobby wifi signal was a bit better. Overall, it's a good comfortable hotel I would recommend. :)

Review 20：Breakfast was appalling, as is usual in most Filipino hotels. Double room but only one free breakfast ? Come on...you have got to do better than this...it lets the hotel down badly.
