Review 1：Due to one of the reception guys's English speaking problem, we were misled to have dinner in the hotel. He said "Dinner & Breakfast free", but in the end when we checked out, we had to pay for the dinner!! Even though we knew we didn't book the meal, but checked million times with him and in the restaurant!! It wasted so much time when we were checking out and we had to run to catch next plan but paid for 80% of the meal!! I thought for somebody else's mistake we still didn't get a big discount is poor!

Review 3：This is a big hotel in the middle of nowhere. It was very quiet when we were there. The breakfast was amazing - buffet style with lots of options. Overall, it is a nice hotel and we had an enjoyable stop on our road trip. We found it comfortable, had a nice onsen and a relaxing massage.

Review 5：Location. Transportation from Railway. Room had very nice view of mountain. Bed very comfortable. Good snow fall For non japanese maybe a pist map at the bottom of the Gondola would be helpfull. Comments on dislikes would not prevent my return visit and would advise others to go.
