Review 1：Disappointed that we weren't in the Scandic that had the great view from the 17th floor. Evening meal wasn't available. Had an issue with teenagers knocking on our door during the night.

Review 5：Extremely kind staff. We were suprised that we got one of the nicest rooms, with sea-view and a big living room (but we paid for only one room). The breakfast, which was included in the price, was very rich.

Review 6：We stayed in the part of the hotel that had not been updated so there were few power points to charge our 'phones & ipads. Otherwise the room large and was very comfortable.

Review 7：Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Convenient position between the railway station and the centre of town. The hotel also had a locked storage area for us to store our luggage during the day before the sleeper train departure in the evening.

Review 8：Noisy in street with people still partying at 3:00 am, however it was a Saturday night and if hadn't been so tired ( and old ! ) , I probably would've joined them ! The use of silly little forks for every food dish at the breakfast buffet instead of tongs or suitably sized equipment. It maybe be a cost-saving and waste-saving measure to stop guests from putting too much on their plates , however very inconvenient to use and quite frankly very unhygienic. Poor lighting in bathroom.

Review 13：Bodø is small, There really isn't a bad location, right in the middle of town. Parked right in the front of the hotel. Breakfast was good, food fresh, included fresh waffles. Helpful staff with any questions. Snacks available in the lobby. Lots of families and sports teams stayed. Nice bathrooms.

Review 20：The room was not cleaned thuroughly while we stayed there, just minor cleaning. No AC ment opening up the Windows and if you have small children be careful the Windows were low to the ground and a child could easily fall out. But then again how often is it that warm in Bodø.

The location was perfect for needing some quiet at night but at the same time be close to the city center to walk everywhere.

Review 63：That there was a bit chilly in my room when I came. I put the oven a bit warmer, and after a couple of hours the temperature was okay, so I was able to fix it.

Review 64：That I was able to check in when I came at 12.30 and did not have to wait until 15.00. That the person in the reception was nice and did her job fast, and told me the things I needed to know at check in (breakfast time, elevator, location of my room etc.). That the person in the reception was nice even though I checked out 10 minutes over time (12.10), that wasn't a problem. That there was a mini bar with fridge in my room (many hotels don't have a fridge anymore, and I can't see why). That two persons came to fix the TV in my room, even though I hadn't reported it broken. I tried to turn it on, but it didn't work, and then I didn't do anything more. And suddenly there came someone to fix it. I still don't know how they knew, but they fixed my TV. That was great!

Review 65：Very poor cleaning of room. Small bathroom with deficient sliding door. Very slow checkout due to limited staff and timeconsuming registration of seninar participants. No meals available other than breafast.

Review 70：A few minutes walk from the station, easy to find. Checkin was as easy as pie, and the staff were very friendly. We stayed in a junior suite and had requested a room with a view of the harbor, and this was granted, our room was perfect after a 19 hour train journey. The bed felt like heaven and the inclusive buffet style breakfast in the morning went down a treat. We are vegan, but there was still plenty to eat; fresh fruit, selection of fruit juices, breads, mushrooms, potato wedges ect, well worth the room rate.We also took advantage of the free to use fitness room and sauna, this was such an added bonus, and staff were very helpful when we asked to use the facilities. All in all, when in Bodø make sure you're staying at the Rica.

Review 71：The hotel just felt a little bit 'closed'. The staff made little effort to enhance our stay and were not overly helpful when asked questions. Sauna was nice but a bit smelly. Gym is more of a changing room with some machines in it. Shower in room flooded

Review 100：I arrived very late from the ferry which moored about 10 minutes walk(around 3 AM). The front desk staff cheerfully greeted me and had my room ready to go. I only stayed at the hotel for ~10 hours to get some rest before a flight back to the U.S. The room was clean and quiet; the breakfast buffet in the morning was outstanding.
