Review 1：Bookings through booking.com can only be paid by cash. Room smelt of cigarettes. On Saturday night the hotel was used as a love hotel by some guests who made a lot of intimate noises in a not so intimate way.

Review 7：Breakfast is really below standard. There is a small kitchen where people have access to bread, jam, butter and boiled eggs. Customers have to wash used dishes by themselves, so you cannot be sure how well they have been washed.
Review 8：The location is briliant. Close to the fish market (not to miss) and to BIFF square. Very close to the metro. Room quite large with few essential furnitures. The room has also a small sauna (not tried). Personnel are helpful.
Review 9：The hotel is located on a hill. It was difficult to climb up the slope with big luggage especially for my elderly dad. This hotel used to be a motel. There was a vibrator on sale in my parents' room fridge. Their room steamer also not functioning. I read from some review that the hotel owner helped them to book KTX tickets. But the front counter guy refused to book for us.

There was very strong antivirus smell in the room which can only prove that the room was cleaned up. However, no body cleans up the room when you stay. The staff accessed my room when I was sleeping without knocking the door. It was really annoying.

Review 48：Hotel is located on the slope. Need to walk quite a distance from the metro. May be a little tiring especially if you are travelling with a lot of luggages or heavy baggages. Limited space at the Breakfast area, which consists of just bread, cereals and eggs.

I was worried before coming if location is good enough as it's not in the Nampo but I realized that location is absolutely perfect. 1 minute to Busan tower, 3 minutes to metro stations. Lots of local restaurants nearby, Nampo shopping area is only 3-5 minutes. Yes, hotel is located on the hill but you can use escalator (to go up to Busan tower) as well, it was no problem at all. Jacuzzy and stream sauna, and washlet toilet (delax double room) was nice. Double bed was also king size. You can also use laundry on 3rd floor for free of charge, you need to bring washing detergent with you. (they have hundred of hungers, so that was not issue). Drinks (water, orange juice, cold tea) in the refrigerator is free of charges and they re-fill everyday. Owner of the hotel supplied enough information to us. Very kind of them.

Review 84：The quality of service depends on the day you stay. Week days are much quieter, but you always need to check the beds. Two times I asked for new sheets because hairs were found. Another time the computer was broken so I changed rooms. The last time, after using the booking.com Genius discount, I was put in a room with an old TV with no accessible HDMI port so I couldn't connect my iPad. The owner said that was the room I paid for, but I had not been put in a room like that when I paid full price. I asked to cancel my check-in, but the owner refused and eventually gave me a different room. It is a good motel for new travellers, but for those used to Korea it is nothing special.
Review 85：I have stayed at this motel a number of times now. For new travellers to Korea it is good because the owner speaks English and the location is near Busan Station. It also helps if you have not experienced the other, better and cheaper motels in Busan so you have no other reference point.

Review 107：Even though the room was big and clean, I don't think it was worth the price I paid. After I arrived to Busan, I realized it was possible to find a hotel of a similar standard for a better price. The breakfast is very basic (cereals, milk, bread, eggs, jam, tee, coffee), guests prepare it themselves and they are supposed to clean their dishes so if the hotel wants to charge over 75,000 won for a night, it should improve the food offer considerably. I got better breakfast in a guesthouse in Seoul for less. I liked the room and the hotel's location but I won't stay here again next time I'll be in Busan.
Review 108：The hotel is very close to the most touristy part of Busan. It's about 10 minutes walk from the Jagalchi fish market. The room I had was very spacious and the bathroom was excellent, including a steam room. Everything was very clean and the streets outside the hotel are quiet at night.

But the thing that distinguishes Elysee is the personal service provided by the proprietor, Mr Son. He took the trouble to give us an overview of the area, showing us how to get to different tourist locations, and even giving suggestions on different restaurants to try (complete with detailed directions and maps!) Rooms were newly renovated and very modern and clean

Review 126：The owner is amazing - he provided detailed instructions on local restaurants for specific types of korean dishes. I used the maps he gave us with his hand drawn additions the entire time we were in Busan. The room itself doesn't have A/C, but we knew that getting into it and the fan was sufficient. Having a computer in our room was a godsend for planning the rest of our travels.

Review 128：The location is so great!! With many bank, restaurant and store nearby. About 5 min' walk to Nampo station and shopping street. About 10 min walk to Jagachi market. The staff is very nice. She will give a map and tell you the way, which brings us lots of convenience. And the hotel facilities is excellent, with big-size bed and TV, free water and drinks, various bath supplies and even a small sauna room(although we can't use it that day becauz of the power problem)
