Review 1：It would be more cooler if the wifi is available not only in the restaurant/lobby area. Another thing i didn't like is there's additional Fee if you're gonna use card to pay! So guests , be sure you have enough cash to pay!!!!

Review 3：We liked the staff who were always on hand. They kept the place clean. They allowed us to buy our groceries and they cooked it the way we wanted because we are vegetarians. Nice people. Value for your money. They also picked us up from the airport for an extra charge which turned out to be about the same if we had done it ourselves.
Review 4：We appreciate their assistance re: boat tickets and confirmation, that they had a welcome party when we arrived, that we were given two rooms at the ground floor, that their staff were accommodating and friendly and always smiling when we ask for something or anything. We enjoyed our stay.

Review 6：Staff were very helpful fixing a broken shower and helping us to get back to Manila with ease. Location is a two minute walk to the beach but still nice and quiet at night.

Review 11：Great location, great staff, very helpful in setting up all of our plans, snorkeling, zip line, waterfalls, requested a room with a balcony ahead of time and they came through. Second visit here, great place to stay, short walk to the beach.

Room was big enough, good shower with lots of hot water, comfy bed, ask for a room with a balcony. Not a great view but nice to sit out in the am. Good location, 30 second walk to the beach.

Review 42：We stayed 2 nights and it was acceptable. Room was clean and comfortable for the most part, nothing to really rave nor complain about. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and were definitely what stood out about the place. We liked the "Sea Jewel Resort" T-Shirts they were wearing so they gave us some for like 50 pesos. They also arranged the boat transportation back to Batangas and had the tickets ready for us when we checked out which was convenient. Overall it was a nice inexpensive place to stay and was a good value for the money.
Review 43：They charged me 6% 'service charge' on top of the bill that Booking.com billed me. They didnt even change sheets or makeup room unless you ask them too. Just 1 toilet paper upon arrival and no additional after that. Blankets are too thin. More of a flat sheet than a blanket.

Review 45：We did get bedbugs at this hotel. It was confirmed by the local clinicthat we visited in order to get medicine to treat the bites. My wife andI literally had hundreds of bites. The owner's were concerned, butstill would not acknowledge that it was a problem, wanted to attributethe problem to mosquitos, of which there were very few, not to mentionwe had the fan on. Also the noise in the am from the staff and otherguest was very loud, you will not be sleeping in here.

Review 47：Traders on beach, some would not accept "no" as an answer. One even followed us back to hotel insisting we buy something off him. Tried to threaten my wife, only backed off when I stated to get aggressive with him! On plus hotel owner dislikes traders and will chase them off if they see them bothering guests.

Review 49：The hotel did not allow us to have a daily change of towels. Out of the 5 days we stayed there, the staff had only offered a 1 time room cleaning service. No basic bathing amenities were provided (no bar soap, etc). Staff were moderately friendly but did not appear overly helpful.
