Review 3：When we checked in, we were shocked by the state of the building we are staying in which is facing the main hotel building,it's run down and old.then we checked our executive 2 bedrooms suite and were shocked again by having 4 single beds instead of 2 queen beds as requested. It was the noisiest hotel either from the street and cars sounds or from the neighbours beside us! The rooms are outdated even though they seem to have tried to renovate it, but the end result was not very satisfying. The breakfast very poor and does not cater for A cosmopolitan audience..we even were asked to leave a deposit of 60 usd if we wanted to keep the hairdryer, iron and iron board in the room For the length of our stay, which is outrageous and never heard of before in any hotels we stayed in around the world. And then to mention the reception staff, they were unfriendly and unprofessional! We got disturbed at 10:30 am by a call from Reception to ask if we re checking out, which was an hour and a half before the check out time.The price we paid was not for the facilities we received!! I can Honestly say that we will never book again in this hotel! Stay away!

Review 8：Their credit card machine was not compatible (and they have only one !!!) and I had to deal with their rude provider myself !!!! Eventually I was forced to give my card number and CVV code for them to process the payment off-line; completely unacceptable and un-secure. Bathroom sink clogged and they failed to fix it despite notification. Aircondition stops working when the hotel operates on generator power (no electricity) and I was freezing at night. Self-catering turned out to be on demand and was too late to be aware of it. The WiFi had to be free of course because it doesn't work anyway; I had the poorest signal in my room and eventually I stopped trying.

Review 14：the overall experience is lousy and does not warrant the prices. for the same, sometimes less, sometimes just a little bit more one can get a room at ramada downtown beirut, other than the excellent central location of the hotel and the proximity for any movement, on foot, or by car, driving or taxi, the hotel is fairly new, its not a big hotel, but the level of room comfort and the ramada downtown is by far greater than at suite hotel, and at almost similar prices. -you can NOT sit in bed, if you do, the bed moved forward. -Hot water might very well run out less than 5 minutes into your shower stupid pillows, you always need to request additional, .... the list is long, towels, floor cleanliness, .......

Review 70：Pillows too big - requested smaller size during the stay.Street Noise - Glass is not noise proof (was OK, acceptable but for some people may be an issue). Limited TV channels + picture quality not clear for most channels. Maitenance: Elevator was not working couple of times - but once inform reception gets resolved in few min. Same for TV remote control battery + requested additional AC remote control (found 1 remote for 3 ACs)

There isnothing called Suite Hotel Chrome, it is called Matn Suite Hotel and hasgot three shaterred blocks located in a very dirty area. In future Iwould not repeat my stay there even for free.

Review 77：It's located a little far from Downtown and Jounieh. After 9pm, every shop around the hotel is closed and you cannot walk in the area. The view is not very good.

The breakfast was delicious with a good variety. It is 15 min driving from the US Embassy were we had an appointment. The Taxi costs 10$ to US Embassy, and 15$ to Jeita.
