Review 1：Evrething... It is very clean and comfortable, close to waterparcks!!! It is a perfect stay for a relaxing vacation!!!! Great food and nice Staff!!

Review 2：2 of us took a fast shower after arriving. The third person hat no warm water anymore. I went downstairs to tell the front office our problem and hoped for help. She only told me that's how it is and we will have to wait 10-15 minutes until it returns because the installment was too small for the hotelsize. So apparently this happens often there... My cousin waited wet and with shampoo in her hair for over 40 minutes but still no hot water came out... So she decided to shower cold after freezing already from waiting! No discount or apology was made by the staff. For a price over 100Eur per night that is ridiculous! This price is also way to high for Romania but we thought we would get a nice Hotel.... Never again!

Review 4：The sauna work only a few hours a day and they "forgot" to tell us when we arrived. On the website and booking it clearly said that you can pay with credit card but when we arrived they told us they accept only cash. Also on the website and on booking it says that they have bicycles for rent, but they told us that there are no bikes. Wireless internet is available only in certain areas of the hotel, not in the rooms. From all the spa facilities only the pool was available.

Review 9：I loved the place overall, and it was more than I expected. The value received for the spent money was very good, the staff were friendly and the rooms very clean. A big plus is the newly built spa which offers relaxation. I will definitively return for a full vacation.
