Review 1：Needs more coffee cups and more than 1 tea towel but everything else amazing

Review 2：How central it was We had a three bed apartment well set out plenty of room

Review 3：Called serviced apartment but no service at all. Reception only open until 5. Arrived after hour, after they drop me the key, never see them again. Funlly beds,moves around the room. Shower water pressure really small. No lift, have to carry all the luggage by hand. Especially we have to carry an baby pram everyday. Do not even have an hair dryer. Am I suppose to bring one on a four day .trip? Furniture really old. 4beds only provide 3 blankets. Is the Worst apartment I have been so far. Not worth the money. Cost me more than $300 per night.

Review 5：This should not be a holiday rental - We had dinner there one of the 2 nights we stayed and were having a good time and laughing and left the building at 8:15 for a night out - We had a rude note left on the door when we returned stating that it was not a party hotel and we should be considerate of the permanent residents there. I believe at the costs of the apartment we should be able to have laughing etc before 8:30pm We are all grown women with children and the note left a sour taste in our mouth - we booked the hotel for 6 guests not 2 and paid accordingly!!!!

Review 6：Our unit stunk!!! An insect type smell all the crockery had an odd odour even after rewashing in the dishwasher. We bought incense and scented candles to tolerate the smell. Very off putting. Topped off by a cockroach crawling out of my handbag one morning. I'd left it on the floor beside the bed. Aaaggghhh

Review 7：The location was very convenient. Close to the city walking distance to many places.

Review 8：A few things in need of repair, eg: stove, lock on bathroom door etc. Some incidentals like a cleaning product for kitchen benches; toilets and toilet paper being supplied would have been good. Not quite as clean as I would have liked, however it served my family of 6 well.

Review 9：Had mostly everything required within the apartment. Situated a few blocks to the Cairns esplanade; lagoon, and a block away from the bus stop that will get you to the beaches.

Review 10：Noisy traffic prevented us from using the balcony and woke us at 6am each morning (unit 8c). Pots and pans in the kitchen a little hit and miss (eg. No matching lids). Unit looking shabby with curtains coming off tracks and dirty stained pillows on the couch.

Review 11：Walking distance to all city destinations. Secure bike storage was great. Lots of space and excellent kitchen facilities. Our unit was serviced halfway through our stay. Nice bbq and pool area. 2 bathrooms and ample space for a family of 6.

Review 12：Wifi wasn't free so didn't use it, though friends in other apartments found thier wifi was free and the connection was good. Beds were a little hard but OK, friends in other apartments found it hard to cook up a big meal in the kitchen but we didn't bother so all seemed fine to us. Location was pretty good, but it was a fairly decent walk to get to the kids playgrounds (Muddy's, lagoon) along the esplanade so I will stay closer to them next time I come to Cairns.

Review 13：Handily opposite a shopping centre with Coles, Myers, Target and others. Spacious apartment, reasonably good facilities.

Review 14：It was surprisingly cold during our stay. We asked the manager for extra blankets on the first night and did not get them. We then asked a staff member the next day and still did not get any. We were told "We don't have any". We were not offered wifi passwords. We had to ask to get a hairdryer as they were not kept in the rooms. We also found the address confusing as the building is not named Cairns City Apartment in the signage on the building - but something entirely different, maybe 'Clarendon on Spence'?

Review 16：Needed some staples. No paper towels, dishwasher soap, or Salt and Pepper. Family room couches were super uncomfortable.

Review 18：The price was too expensive for what apartment we got -a back facing apartment they dont service the rooms so you have one towel each to last your whole stay and wifi cut off the day before we left, the manager walked into our apartment while we were having dinner, there was no cloths dryer a dishwasher that wouldnt work and we are still waiting for our bond to be released after several days. Our apartment was over priced and low standard.
