Review 1：No bidet. Not all occupants will use a tissue roll. Refrigerator not that cold. Booked for a super deluxe room as i'm traveling with a friend, was expecting toiletries good for two pax but instead saw good for one.

Review 2：It seems like this hotel is trying to compete with hotels from Manila or Cebu....it's a nice hotel...but certainly not worth the price....the Service from the staff needs to improve....took 1 hour to get someone to the room to give extra towel .....service is the key here....work on that and come down on your price....your bathrooms are small..your rooms are small....if your going to charge your rate of $200+ USD ......the service and rooms need to be better.... :D

Review 12：Over-priced. Dated hotel with aging facilities. Room was poorly prepared. Dead light bulb and non-functioning power outlets which required attention from maintenance staff late into the night. Road side room with construction next door from 2 to 5AM. No sleep for the one night.

Review 17：Location, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff the overall cleanliness of the hotel and specifically the bedrooms. The breakfasts were first class and really started my day just right. Having the chalet pool area and dining area was a real attribute and evening dining there will be something I will always remember. I wan to thank all the staff for making my stay very memorable.

Review 18：I booked and paid in advance(sept. 20,2014) for 2 rooms for dec. 29,2014. I got 1 room ,but another room I was able to get it at 4pm after I threatened to cancel my reservation. I kept on following up till 2pm and desk told me they will call my room if there is available room. At 4 pm I cancel it but they give me a key instead so it means there was a room but nobody informed me. Desk is lousy and irresponsible and insensitive. What is the use of booking and paying early? Booking.com it is your problem too.
