Review 1：The Wi-Fi was intermittent and not very reliable. We also felt the constant piped music which we were told was for the benefit of diners in the outdoor restaurant located across the road from the main building was far too intrusive especially in the late afternoon when being towards the end of the season only the staff appeared to be present in the restaurant. The music could be heard in almost every area of the hotel. It would have been nice to return in the afternoon and read a book in peace and also enjoy the view! Other guests we spoke to shared the same opinion so perhaps the Management might like to rethink its strategy!

Review 2：The generally peaceful location away from Kotor town and the views across the Bay. The general helpfulness of the Staff especially Lazar who helped organise our day trip to Perast - our favourite port of call.

Review 4：The staff is great, very kind and helpfull. The rooms and the whole hotel are super clean--one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at and I travel alot and generally stay at high end boutique hotels. The room decor was great (India room)-- was large and very comfortable--great bathroom which was also spotless. A lot of attention paid to the smallest details. If I could rate it higher than 10 I would! I arrived quite a bit early and my room was ready which was nice. Did I mention they clean the room and change your towels twice a day?!

Review 5：No bad experience. For a little more mature guests the absence of an elevator is a little problem. The restaurant menu could use a better variety.

Review 7：The employee were lazy and unfriendly! The worst breakfast for 5 star hotel Wifi is bad We were unable to ask for champaign at 1:00!!! (we were told that the other rooms are occupied and no possibility to take it in other refrigerators)

Review 8：- Our room was opening to the restaurant, we woke up with fork sounds every morning. - There was a wedding at the hotel and we were not allowed to use the beach. - They didn't tell us that there will be a wedding that weekend, our room looked like a storage room even though I made reservation 6 months ago from our stay, but they charged the same "double deluxe" room rate, even though the room looked nothing like a deluxe room. (Besides the safe was broken, there were people passing by the rooms window, and the food smell came into the room because the kitchen was too close) - They offered us to try small bites that was not on the menu and the bill came as 600 Euros.

Review 9：Our experience was %100 value for money instead of the boat trip. It was quite expensive and the boat itself was a big surprise. Expecting a luxury speed boat on the web site, it wasn't a ordinary speed boat on the trip brochure either. Fortunatelly driver was a nice man.

Review 21：Advertised a 'outdoor swimming pool' but in fact it is only a plunge pool. I would not have booked the hotel only for the false advertisement. Cover charge of €3 per person each time you ate in the hotel, excluding breakfast, considering we were guests. Overpriced food. We felt uncomfortable due to the attitude of the staff, who were over attentive and occasional poor attitude to service in the restaurant. No separation of gym area from common areas (opposite pasterie counter)! Had to ask to use the sauna as they needed 20 minutes to arrange turning it on and heating then was not shown how to operate the jacuzzi that had control pan that appeared to be locked. After staying at a fabulous hotel in Dubrovnik days before this hotel was disappointing and we wouldn't stay again or recommend to friends.

Review 31：I dont know where to begin. We stayed in the Dubai Executive Seaview Room and it was breathtaking with an amazing view of the sparkling Bay of Kotor. The staff was one of the most attentive at any property from Stanislava at the front desk and Lazar who I believe was the manager to the incredible staff at the restaurant of Dragan and especially Gjorge who was not only knowledgeable but a true pleasure to meet and talk to. There have been a few reviews out there stating how expensive the restaurant was but we ate there twice (mainly because i had to have the grilled finger clam appetizer once more) and for the quality of food, atmosphere and service, I felt like our 2 bills of 120$ and 150$ for multi-course meals with a bottle of wine, were very reasonable. Yes the lobster is a little steep but what would you expect at a 5 star seafront property?

Having traveled from the United States I didn't have my own blow dryer and at this hotel in stead of a regular blow dryer they have blow dryers having on the bathroom wall and they are not very powerful. It took forever drying my hair. It's a small thing compared to the 5 star service, amazing view and great food.

Review 96：We stayed at the Dubai suite. The suite is beautiful and has a gorgeous view. However, our bed was extremely uncomfortable (to the extent we both walked away from what was supposed to be a 3 day relaxing stay with dark circles under our eyes for our lack of sleep, and body aches). The bed also made terribly loud creaking noises that prevented us from sleeping. We told reception, but nothing was done to remedy the situation. To make matters worse, the air conditioner broke in the hotel. We complained multiple times since we had no air conditioner for two nights and their response was simply: "people don't like to work on the weekends." In addition, from our room you could hear reception and people walking up and down the stairs. Breakfast was also disappointing since it was always a series of cold vegetables and chicken tenders that were apparently left over from the night before. Our first morning they even ran out of coffee! As other reviewers have said, the pool is not really a pool. The area to lay out by the bay is nice, but service is non-existent. If the lay-out beds are wet from the night before, you have to dry them yourself. Whether there are towels available after a swim is hit or miss. We got tired of waiting for a waiter to order some drinks. Since they never came, we walked over to the bar (which is located across the street) and ordered - our drinks still didn't come. It took a second time of going up to the bar for us to finally get the drinks. I would save my money and stay at one of the neighboring places which have much better service. The Forza Mare still has a very long way to go to become a 5 star.

Review 100：The staff did not inform us of ridiculous laundry prices when I asked ifthey did laundry. This was not fair, as for a few items it cost over onehundred euro. I handed in my laundry at 4pm shortly after we arrived andit was returned back to us by 7pm. I wasn't sure how it had dried sofast but on closer inspection the next day I noticed an item had beenshrunk considerably as a result of being tumble dried. To pay so much tohave my clothes ruined was a huge disappointment. When I emailed thehotel with my concern and photo evidence of the ruined top they wereabsolutely rude and denied having put it in the dryer, saying it musthave been ruined elsewhere, but it seems impossible that clothes dry insuch a short time period. I would never recommend someone to stay herethe customer service is absolutely terrible.

Review 109：Considering I lived in Montenegro for 4 years, I did not expect such high standard service. This hotel has set new standards for Montenegrin Leisure Industry. Bravo! The breakfast was great and small beach area is okay if you want to swim in Boka Bay. The location and friendly staff are the highlights of this resort.

Review 118：The beds are simply to hard and noisy. The Pillows were to hard. No ironing facility. No coffeemaker in the room and no water as complimentary for the guest. You can not drink the water from the tap. I had to go down into the dinning area to get water in the middle of the night and tap it form the water machine. For a 5 star hotel there should be water in the rooms as complimentary. Very small pool and pool area. Unfortunately I had 8 days out of 12 days rain which is not nice but that I cannot blame the hotel for.

Review 119：Very friendly staff a specially George was indeed the best. The location was perfect and I had a room with a very nice sea view. If I had any problems they were solved immediately except for water bottles. The design and interior is very nicely and perfectly done with different types of country themes in every room. Ok food, but small portions - and the prices is therefore to high for the food. Breakfast was ok and finally the kitchen staff were able to cook eggs soft and over easy. Thank you very much George. Very nice outdoor terrace. The hotel arranged free transport back to the airport, very nice. I would like to come back another time. Thank you for every think and all your kindness.
