Review 1：Everything: The wonderful place with pool,bbq area and a beautiful garden and view; the excellent and fully equipped apartment; the very nice and helpful owners which make you feel at home immediately. You can hike and mountainbike, and due to its central location discover the entire tuscany. There are some excellent restaurants close-by. The perfect place to relax!

Review 6：If you're looking for a clean and quiet place to escape to in theTuscan hills - stop looking because you've found it. We stayed herefor a week on Honeymoon, and it was even better than the pictures show!Lorenzo and his family take great care of the property, and the comfortof his guests is his number one priority. He has a talent for alwaysbeing there to assist you with anything when you need him, but alsorespects your privacy greatly. They have a great selection of veryreasonably priced wine to purchase right there on site (which is greatif you run out unexpectedly like we did!). Lorenzo also had a freebottle of local wine waiting for us when we arrived!This location has everything you could want and more. It's about an hour drive outside of Florence, which seems like a long way to travel (especially if you're interested in seeing Florence itself), but because this property is only about a 10-15 minute drive to a train station in Dicomano - getting to the city center in Florence was very easy. There are fantastic restaurants in the nearby towns, and many of them speak English and are happy to help out with translations on menus. One other small thing that hasn’t been mentioned much in the reviews is the fact that they have a washing machine on site for laundry. We thought this was a big deal, mostly because this location was our first of two stops on our Honeymoon. Having access to a washing machine allowed us to pack lighter, and leave with clean clothes to our next destination. The pool, room, and facilities were perfectly maintained. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay at Vita Nova Casa Vacanze, and we’d highly recommend this property to anyone! Thanks to Lorenzo and his family for an unforgettable trip!

Review 8：From the first day of arriving, to the last day of the holiday, it was an amazing experience. We were greeted by Lorenzo who is incredibly helpful and kind. The surrounding countryside is truly beautiful, where you can view natural beauty at its finest. Vita Nova is a really charming area with fantastic facilities. The pool is extremely clean and overlooks gorgeous scenery. There is also the outside BBQ which Lorenzo kindly helped us with as we were useless at starting a fire ;) It's a really good location too if you want to travel to little villages, or take more excursions to cities such as Florence or Siena. Perfect if you want to get away from the busy and hectic cities and prefer a calm and peaceful paradise. Review 9：Just some minor details to be honest as overall, this is a beautiful place to stay but we found it difficult to sleep at night as there was no air-conditioning however, there was a fan in the room and that helped somewhat. Late at night, we would get some fresh breeze if we opened all the windows. Also, it would be nice if the towels could be changed (I washed the towels myself as there is a washing machine available for common use) and if toilet paper could be replenished. The kitchen is fine and there is even a Nespresso machine with some complimentary coffee for the first couple of days. However, I think the pots and pans were a bit too old and worn. Also, it would be nice to have a later check out as 10:00 am is too early but again, the owner was very kind and let us use another shower in his own apartment so that we could freshen up before our flight. Lastly, you need a very good GPS to find your way as it is very difficult to find. The long unpaved road to get to the vacation house is quite inconvenient. It takes about one hour to get to Florence for a day trip. I did not find the small neighboring towns interesting. However, if you want to relax and really savor the beautiful views, this is the place to be.
Review 10：The scenery is absolutely breathtaking! The owner, Lorenzo was very kind especially to pick us up at the gas station as we were lost and we needed help to find our way. The swimming pool is very clean and beautiful. The grounds are immaculate. Also, we did not have any mosquito bites because they treat the grounds regularly to prevent mosquitoes. There were a lot of wasps though but they did not bother us. The Suite was large and the views were fantastic. The bottle of wine in the room was also a very kind gesture. Thank you very much for a very pleasant stay.

Review 13：Nothing that we didn't like. Make sure you follow the directions given to you via email , do not use gps!!! try to get there when there is still light . Plan the daily places you want to visit in advance taking into account the driving time from/to vita nova each day to make sure you are clear on the distances.

Review 16：When you enter the property you see how much time, efforts and love was invested in it. And the same much Lorenzo and Simone will invest in you as their guests. We loved the pool, the views (check them out in the early morning when the hills are covered with fog - simply stunning!), our spacious apartment, the barbeque facilities and how easy it was to get to a decent supermarket. We are definitely coming back. And with this review we want to thank Lorenzo, Simone and their lovely family once again for our amazing stay!
Review 17：Lorenzo and Simone were amazing. The property was outstanding. We learned they spent ten years restoring this little slice of heaven that was their grandfathers and unused for many years. Views were surreal, the facility was gorgeous and Lorenzo and Simone were there whenever needed and gracious (with plenty of vino!). The pictures simply do not do justice to how beautiful it is. Our group was of six and all of us were awestruck upon arrival, and even more so after we spent a few days.
Review 18：Located in beautiful surroundings there is this small place of paradise. It is extremely well kept and the staff are very kind and helpful. The views are amazing, and it is quiet and relaxing. You almost only hear birds singing. You kan barbeque at the terrass - highly recommended.

Review 20：We had wonderful time at Vita Nova with my wife, little baby girl and my parents (who came all the way from New Zealand). Lorenzo, the host was so kind to bring us pastry from local bakery every day of our stay. Lorenzo was very helpful with a lot of thing (fixing our car etc). The views were just exceptional and we spend a lot of time around the infinity pool. The apartment was very spacious, clean, beautifully decorated in italian style. Thank you Lorenzo. We definitely will be back :)

Review 23：Set in beautiful countryside with sweeping views yet just 15/20 minutes from two small towns with the convenience of supermarkets and restaurants. The whole development has been cleverly renovated and is furnished and equipped to the highest standard. Florence is a short hassle free train ride away.

Thanks to it's location, the site has a magnificent view on the Mugello valley, especially from the pool, which is cleaned area. Through the nicely maintained site, there are various spots to read, lounge, sunbath, eat, without disturbing other guests. In Vicchio and Dicomano there are different possibilities to eat. Congratulations Lorenzo and Simone (and family) for your nice work. Thank you very much for everything and enjoy the Belgian beers!
Review 28：Country hillside setting with beautiful views from the excellent swiming pool. A great place to get away from it all & relax from sightseeing & walking for a few days. Abit hard to find in the dark on our first visit so make sure you have directions. Friendly owners & very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay & would return if we could.

The pool is big enough to swim not only to chill yourself. The owners are very helpful and really work hard to please every guest. We spent 3 days in Vita Nova during our honeymoon and we had difficulties in finding another place as good as that one. We highly recommend it!

Grounds were immaculate and apartments were fully self contained. The view from the property was indescribable, one of the best experiences of my life. Will defiantly be staying here again.

Rooms are huge and luxury, we had 2 bathrooms in apartments, and fireplace! Also barbeque available on-site. Pool is beautiful, just like a picture in some luxury promotion booklet!

Review 59：The staf was verry friendly. When we arrived their was cold water and some fruit in the fridge. It was a verry nice place, special when you like to have some space of your own. We had an appartment on the groudfloor with a nice garden. The staf works very hard, to please you. The pool was verry nice and clean, with a beautiful view over the hills.

We stayed in a very beautiful and comfortable apartment situated on a wonderful location. At the pool we and our two teenagers enjoyed the magnificent view. In a nutshell, a dream holiday!
