Resort Holiday Wellness & Spa Perla is located in the Baile 1 Mai Resort in the northwest of Romania, which is a natural reserve, famous for its thermal waters.
The resort is at 450 feet above sea level, which provides a moderate climate with continental temperatures.
Hotel Perla offers spacious rooms, some of them with balconies. Our restaurant serves national and international dishes. Located near Oradea city and 4 miles from the airport, the resort is home to a unique plant, the Thermal Lotus, which is native to the Nile, with wide, round leaves and yellowish flowers that spread a magnificent fragrance. It grows even in the winter, and is unique in Romania.

Review 1：the matress wasn't good, the walls too thin, some courses at the restaurant.

Review 4：The kindness of all personal, from the receptionists both at the hotel and the spa to the hard working people at the spa. Very clean, good sized rooms and bathrooms. Decent breakfast. Very good wifi. I loved the most the two pools inside and the jacuzzi.

Review 10：The spa was good, the restaurant had very good food with decent prices. The staff was friendly. We had more than enough towels and bathrobes.
Review 11：The quality of the bed was very poor (quite strange, given the fact that the target group is people who already have back problems) During our 10 days stay, the room was cleaned 3 times, very superficially also - poor cleaning lady was clearly overworked.

Review 16：Friendly staff, good food, nice rooms, affordable. Even received a lunchkit on departure (4 am) to catch early figth home.
Review 17：From external swimming pool you could hear some noise in the rooms on that side of the hotel (not speaking about kids playing in the water, but about adults speaking too loud). Maybe an announcement to the people bathing-in could help. Nevertheless, is acceptable.

Review 19：What we didn't like is not actualy the fault of the hotel...we hoped that we'll have more to do then just go to the pool...visit some sites maybe, but no there was little else that you could do. So, it was alright for a couple of days but I wouldn't stay there for a week or more.
Review 20：Nice, busy (anyway in August when we've been there), with 2 pools that you can use without paying extra. The children really enjoy it. The food was also good.
