Review 1：The bathroom set up is awkward... see through bathroom door and a shower head that was against the wall- wasn't adjustable..made showering difficult. Location of room was above the entrance-so a bit noisy

Review 3：There was trash lying under the bed, the waste-bins weren't empty, there was no soap, the eggs at breakfast were literally raw (not cooked at all), the staff was not interested at all and would only greet back after we would greet them first, to get a cup of coffee for breakfast took so long that we had almost finished breakfast and when it finally arrived it was a tiny cup. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Especially for a hotel that fore-mostly is educating hospitality students this was terribly bad.

Review 5：Above and beyond service by student staff. Kitchen was closed at check in. Students still managed to fix a good meal with great wine. Great parking right at the front door.

Review 6：The building was a little too large, and quite confusing... for all the rooms, they didn't need to put me so far away. That made no sense. Also I arrived at 8 pm in the evening and asked if I could have dinner; the kitchen had closed so they had to check. When i was told if I go now - within minutes of arrival they would serve me; I asked to see the menu and was told that I could only have main course items (3 things offered), as the other things are not available. This is isn't acceptable because there was no other place to eat nearby. They need a shuttle to take someone and collect them from town, if this happens. Or offer to cover the taxi ride. I wouldn't have booked it had I known this.
