Review 1：Breakfast was not all that great and staff struggled with English. Some English signs around hotel were incorrectly spelt.

Review 2：Staff were very helpful, accommodation comfortable and we were upgraded to a bigger room which was wonderful. Dinner restaurants in the hotel were of a good standard.

Review 3：Rooms are an older style. WIFI router takes a bit of getting used to. Really not much to mention.

Review 4：Position from ski slopes. Staff were very accommodating. Room was a good size for a standard twin. Skiing was excellent. Slopes for all levels English speaking staff are available at the hotel and the ski school. We had bad weather hit the resort for a day and couldn't ski, Appi staff offered us free ski and wear rental and an extension on the room free of charge. Couldn't have thanked them enough for the opportunity to make up for the previous day.
