Review 1：Only one lift - no stairs access from the basement. very difficult to find shops to purchase groceries. If you visit during a busy time and eat in the restaurants - expect to wait at least an hour to be served food.

Review 8：One small, claustrophobic lift and stairwells that didn't join so you had no choice but to wait for the lift!!!! 3 trips to the car and back and over an hour to get all of our stuff into the apartment....

We had to ring up to see where it was and as it was a very hot day on Thursday and we were wandering around trying to find the building it was quite frustrating that we hadn't been advised prior to our visit of the name change.

Buffet breakfast was good value and awesome chips and pizzas ordered from bar bistro. Every morning 6am at the breakfast buffet we were greeted by the most helpful and friendly lady who made every start to our day most enjoyable. Nothing was ever too much trouble or an imposition. Would definitely stay here again.

We had to ask for toilet paper, dishwashing powder and towels, which were supplied immediately, but I don't think we should have had to ask.We had to move as the ceiling was about to fall in due to leaky aircon unit. Help offered but we did it ourselves. No toilet paper in new unit, which we were told was an upgrade.

Review 32：Fantastic location. Great choice of eateries right on the doorstep. Unit 18 was spotlessly clean. Had everything for a comfortable stay. Fabulous view across the marina. Great air con. Easy walk to Mandurah town centre. Double glass cuts out the noise of the very busy restaurant of the boardwalk below. Free parking. Mandurah is undoubtedly the friendliest place we have ever been. Loved our stay there. Would move there in a heartbeat.

Review 33：No fans in bathrooms and outdoor furniture was too small and not enough to have more than 3 people sitting out there really.

Review 34：the view... two bathrooms, the kitchen was all set up so you could cook a meal in there practically. Undercover carpark for free. Big and roomy, comfy inside couch, decent sized TV and it was all very clean. 2 bedrooms. Big full length mirrors on wardrobe was great too.

Review 36：My high rating was due to an upgrade we got as our original room had maintenance issues. We were upgraded to the 7th floor 2x2 apartment within the Sebel hotel/apartments, we had a great time and the view were amazing, thanks and see you again.

Review 57：These serviced apartments are located at the main marina and all the associated restaurants and bars. There can be a lot of ambient noise about, but the rooms do an admirable job of blocking this out, and the onsite establishments have a policy of winding down after 10.00pm. There is secure parking under the building, serviced by a lift. Mandurah is an easy drive of one hour to Perth and the airports.

Review 58：There was a fire alarm early in the morning on 30 Oct 15. It disturbs our sleep and there was no announcements to say it's a false alarm until we called to find out. Bad communication. It spoiled our rest.

Review 61：The noise coming from the under cover restaurant was very loud as we tried to have a romantic dinner on the balcony. The airconditioner was leaking water onto the electric plug which we luckily noticed before it may have caused a fire. We called someone who then came to our room and banged a huge hole in the airconditioner to let the water pour out into an empty bin. Consequently we had no airconditioner all night and because of the noise outside we couldn't open the door so we didn't sleep well as it was very hot in our room. On check out we complaned but didnt even receive a phone call or apology from the manager!! I was very upset as it was my wifes birthday and it was supposed to be special.

Review 67：The view wasnt what was expected. If you want a view of the ocean and peace and quiet.. this is not the place. The bed was very hard, not comfortable. Too noisy -noise from the families and kids playing at the small beach. There was a wedding that wss quite noisy and went late into the night so we had to keep the door closed. we couldnt access the resturant because of the wedding We didnt get much sleep. The ambiance wasnt there at all. More suited to families. Ruined our 18 year wedding anniversary. So disasapointed.

Review 70：This is the second time we have stayed at these apartments in the past year or so - the first time was not great but location made up for that. We booked this property again because of its close proximity to the Boat Show that we were visiting. The use of the term "Upgrade" to make a last minute move to another property that was not as close to the boat show, did not have the view or the amenities that the property we booked had was very disappointing. The lack of Wi-Fi as advertised and the inability of the staff to advise how to access either paid or free Wi-Fi. The Main Bathroom with a full wall window to the master bedroom is a minor point the property managers failed to mention when describing the upgrade.

The bed was very uncomfortable and on day 2 of our stay the only service we got was the toilet roll made into a point. The bin wasn't emptied and the bed not made. We didn't want our bed linen changed.

The issue my friend and I experienced is a huge truck 'Cleanaway' was emptying commercial bins full of bottles and then using a shovel to clean the bitumen of the debris at 7th Sunday morning totally unelectable. I rang the desk and was informed this should be happening on a Monday. No other help or control of this situation other than I will talk to the tavern. Couldn't believe his response. I spoke to the worker and he happily told me this happens every Sunday morning at 7am, uunbelievable! I cannot express my anger and the lack of concern from your front desk person to a situation not expected on a weekend away to recover from surgery. not impressed. I have sent an email to the council as this I am sure is against bylaws.

Review 101：Each unit is individually owned & after staying more than once at Quality Mandurah, I have noticed some units are better furnished & maintained than others. The restaurant below can get quite noisy at night. Outdoor lighting shines into the rooms all night.

Review 129：The only thing I can fault is that I had to ask four times for a travel cot for my son. I asked for it when I booked, again after checking in, again the next day then on my second last day I took it upon myself to personally go ask the maintenance staff what the go was, basically it was miscommunication between staff. But it resulted in me having to share the bed with my son which is not safe and quite inconvenient. I Was a little peeved about that.

Review 130：The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed even down to cleaning products and laundry powder. It's on top of two of mandurah's favorite restaurants and close to all amenities. Great value for money and will definently stay again.
