Review 1：The maid was at the door by 9 or 10 every morning. No time for a leisurely morning.

Review 4：just had an issue with the fact that the receptionist made a mistake when booking our train ticket on the computer for the wrong day and so when we got to train station, the ticket was useless, as it was for the day before.Thank goodness, that wasn't an expensive one so we bought it again...

Review 9：This is a typical business hotel in a commercial area. For holidays, it is a bit bland and I would look for a different place next time. No real issues, just uninspiring. It's also the only place that charged us for bicycle parking.

Review 19：Lovely place. Perfect for a business trip, as it is close to the highway. Excellent location, very spacious room, very comfortable, very clean, breakfast could benefit from more variety, but still fine. Everything was great. Free parking.

Review 20：The walls were bare - felt cold and stark. Would have liked a couple of rugs on that beautiful cold marble floor! They were newly opened, so next time we go I am sure it will feel more comfortable with more decor.

Review 21：Location was pretty good. We could drive downtown and find a parking space. Loved the restaurant out front and the balcony off the room! A couple of chairs and small table would be excellent out there! Like that there were a couple of people that spoke English working there. Breakfast was great! Thanks's Marc Anthony! And little oriental girl at front desk was very kind and accomodating!!

Review 29：Its a New Hotel just 7 days after the opening we stay in a new room. Installations are very confortable and clean. Definitely it is a very good option in Viacenza. It's 5min from the highway.
