Review 1：Clean room, next to the highway and the stores. Very good breakfast. You can ask an esspresso "home made" not the one from the machines. Nice staff.

Review 2：First room I was put in smelled of smoke, I didn't have a preference for this, but that was because I didn't think smoking was allowed anywhere these days.I took it on the chin, I will be sure to check the no smoking preference in future

Review 15：Friendly staff,very helpful,especially Marina and Giovanni. They should get a promotion. They helped me and my friend in rooms 827 and 609 very much. We were an international group with an iraqi, greek and Chinese. The hotel has a free shuttle bus which drops you off in the centre of Verona and also picks you up when you're ready to go back. The rooms are a decent size, very clean and are well looked after by the cleaning staff. Breakfast was included in our deal and was fabulous. The staff are more than happy to accommodate any special requests.

Unfortunately the information is totally misleading, and we spent a whole evening looking for it. Kettle for making tea and coffee most appreciated. Easy parking on hotel grounds. Quite far from city centre but made use of hotel shuttle which worked well . Booking essential as it works on a schedule. Situated in the middle of various motorways which is confusing so GPS essential to find hotel. Pleasant evening meals at hotel restaurant. Breakfast was included and very good but suggest one goes early or late to avoid large tour groups. Excellent value

Review 33：We had very good breakfast. Hotel is close to main highway and they have shuttle service in morning and afternoon to Verona and it is very convenient. Inside rooms are big, new, clean and very nice with all facilities.

Review 34：breakfast was ok, but a madhouse, the only rude staff I encountered was then. Worker demanded our room number, I gave her the one from our stay before, her response in Italian had a very rude tone and she was directing us to leave. My daughter came with the correct number and then we were looked up on the computer and 'allowed' to stay. Coffee machine was not working, but I think it was because so many were attempting to use it.

Review 38：Our second night in the hotel we went to the dining room for dinner only to find the same menu. I am a vegitarian and there was only one choice that I liked on the menu, which I had had the previous night. When I asked if I could have something else, the diningroom staff went into the kitchen, only to return to tell me there was salad on the menu under the extras I could have if I wanted. I expressed my unhappiness and left. Please note there were 4 members of staff in the empty diningroom plus those in the kitchen. The staff in the diningroom were sitting having a nice chat not working. the front of house were helpful and told us where we could go for a meal locally.

Review 42：I didn't like the fact that anyone can enter the hotel from ground floor (reception on 1st floor) without security personnel attending and the elevator can be operated manually without scan security card so anyone can reach your room from outside easily.

Review 43：Location, value of money. You can make day trips to Verona center, Garda, Sermone...etc and come back. It is hard to follow bs international hotel around there but this was perfect. Big shopping center is next to it with cinema but in "Italian language!" Also, it is right in the autostrade muddle way between Milano and Venice.

Review 46：If you come by car this hotel is best solution to stay near Verona. We stayed one night in this hotel. Our room was on sixth floor. Room is huge, with the part with work table, cooler for laptop, good internet connection, radio, flat screen tv, coffee and tea machine.. On the floor is carpet, bed is comfortable, closet is huge, with enough space.. In the bathroom is bathtub, bathrobe, slippers ... Breakfast was included, and was excellent. Minibar was free of charge. In front of hotel is parking.The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Review 47：Trying to find hotel coming off the A4 autostrada like spaggitt junction roads every were, and hotel not signed posted , my GPS did not help new roads installed in this area last 12 months not pick up

Review 72：The shuttle bus service was fully booked on arrival. We were told we could book this on arrival and other people were told this also. After insisted on getting the bus and they did their best to get a bus for us but the time was far too late, as we would have to wait two hours for it. A taxi cost €17 to the city centre, each way. Also our children's bed had a double bed and not two singles.
