Review 1：Was very professional hotel was run like a five star hotel. Great swimming pool, however they could really spruce it up by adding more lounge chairs and some umbrellas Only one lounge chair and a few outdoor chairs

Review 2：Towels were too old and no longer white. A bedside lamp is not working. Bathroom lighting needs to be improved.

Review 12：The staff were great, specially the guard/door attendant who was always smiling and greeting with a very sincere smile (we nicknamed him El kapitan, the captain). Everything was good, staff are so accomodating.. The pool was always clean and great too. Its really high value for money..

Review 13：The rooms are badly in need of a complete refurbishment. The hotel is less convenient than other in the area with regard to access to the main town. Having said that, transport is readily available and inexpensive.

Review 17：The restaurant is wrotten. The food wasnt good. Its overpriced for what little bad food you get. I wasnt told they didnt have the items for my meal. They would allow no credit back. But instead wanted to bring more of thier poor cooking. I promised the waiter i would warn others.if ever your at the luxor plan on eating elsewhere. Anywhere might be a better choice.

Review 18：The hotel was once nice and probably expensive. Now with time its still well maintained but showing its age. The price is quite affordable. My visit was acceptable in every way. I would return.

Review 20：The place itself is accessible to he heart of bacolod city. the room is big enough for a family,with comfy beds and the hotel is clean.Lastly, staff are friendly & approachable! Yes wifi is available in every room & had a dipped in their pool ^__^

Review 22：Conveniently located. Near a local mall, church, hospital and garden resort. The hotel staff from the front desk to housekeeping, to restaurant to security are all professional and courteous. Rooms are large and clean.

Review 23：tip: Do not pay 500 pesos at airport for taxi insist on metered taxi 290 pesos. Next day we used the same taxi to Sipalay(3 hrs) for 2.200 pesos all the others wanted 4 to 5000 pesos.

Review 54：The spacious room. The quiet atmosphere.Probably one of the best hotels in Bacolod. Close to the port and close to Gaisano Mall and only a few minutes with a taxi to the center of the city.

Review 55：We found around 10 alive cockroaches of 10 cm long, walking inside our room when we opened the door. We found a lizard in the shower. The security guard communicated to our taxi an expensive price to drive us to the airport (500 pesos, normal price: 300).

Review 58：The room is very old and looks like antiquities . You can smell the food while beaing cooked from your room. At night the noise from near the pool area is loud. Located in front of a prison, had a guard in front of the room. Will never stay there.

Review 61：I liked everything about this hotel it was run and was exactly what I would have expected a hotel to be. the staff were fantastic, room was great, the pool and gardens were spotless, what I could not get over was that the staff couldn't do enough for you no matter what time of the day or night there was some there to help you. I wish the next two hotels I stayed at were a quarter as good as this hotel. if I ever go to Bacolod again I will be staying at the Luxur Place hotel I recommend it to anyone
