Review 1：Manager of the hotel lacks any social graces, was quite rude and somewhat belligerent plus I would expect a manager of a hotel greeting guests at the reception area to be more formally dressed, as his receptionist was.

Review 2：Nice clean environment, only 5 mins walk into Vincenza old town.

Review 3：The drain has a problem and after the shower some of the water go outside in front of the door of the bathroom!

Review 5：Location in the middle of nowhere. I made a booking for TWO PERSONS and at our arrival they only have the reservation for one person so we had to pay extra. The manager understood the mistake and offer free breakfast which for some reason was not included either. So, two miss understandings are too much...

Review 7：The "mountain view" from the balcony is facing the railway tracks with a lot of train traffic. Breakfast was until 9:30, but when we arrived shortly before 9 o'clock there was not much left at the buffet and nobody made any moves to change the situation.

Review 11：This hotel was amazing. Seems to be newly built, with free parking, very good facilities. We had the superior room which was quite big, with a very comfortable bed and a huge shared terrace. Breakfast was very nice. The restaurant in the hotel was perfect. We had lunch and dinner there and everything we had was very good and decently priced. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. This is definitely my place of choice to stay in Vicenza.

Review 12：There was only one person on staff to help us , although he tried hard he gave us answers just to give an answer but they were all wrong . Like how do we get into town, and her said straight with a hand heather but it was the other direction etc . We also asked for our passports back and were told they were needed for the information, then when we checked out there were in the open Mail slot where anyone could access the info or steal them.

Review 14：The breakfast was a little womp womp. Typical Italian bread-y stuff. Also the front desk staff always seemed a little confused and their English wasn't great.

Review 15：The hotel appears to be brand new. That being said, our room was really nice, with a balcony and fancy bathroom – a good value for the money. The immediate surroundings weren't very picturesque, but it was only a 15 minute walk to the downtown square of Vicenza. The hotel sits on above a restaurant, which we attempted to have a nightcap at, after returning from dinner elsewhere. Things were a bit hectic as there was a pending rainstorm forcing all the outdoor guests indoors.

Review 16：Breakfast was disappointing. Too many sweet options like cakes etc. Hot and cold meat not replenished in the buffet. Could not get a decent cup of tea during the entire 3 day stay. Ran out of English tea bags on the third day, which considering it's a 4* hotel was pretty poor. We were given cream cheese for butter even having requested it by speaking Italian. Most rooms had a table reserved for breakfast via their room number. We didn't. We felt that they were surprised to see us arrive at breakfast and didn't feel that welcome. Could not pay bill using cash passport. Had to use credit card!

Review 17：Clean new hotel in location within a short walk of town centre. Balcony. Fair size bedroom, comfortable and clean. Air conditioning, when we could finally get it working. Reception helpful but not able to speak a lot of English - only the basics.

Review 18：The only grumble if I had to have one was lack of healthy option at breakfast. Muesli or some sugar free, wholemeal cereal and brown bread would not come amiss.

Review 19：Room was comfortable, spacious, well designed and very clean. Location 10 minutes walk from the historic centre. Excellent and very reasonable restaurant, popular with locals attached to the hotel. Free car parking and WiFi for added value .

Review 20：The decoration was not very modern, especially for a very new hotel. It is not in a nice area, but the city center can be reached in less than 20 minutes by foot.Only 1 login for WiFi is given per person, so smartphone and iPad cannot connect simultaneously to the WiFi. I think the whole hotel was almost empty, apart from 2 other young couples.

Review 21：Breakfast is good. And the attached restaurant, which also belongs to the hotel, is extremely good and excellent value for the money.

Review 22：Wifi code is acuired by some sort of mobile registration, very confusing and it requires repetional logins. Rooms are great, but they gave us big bed in sead of seperated, and they had no room ready with seperated beds, although hotel was half empty.. Of couse, this was requested on booking.

Review 23：Everything is new and effort is noticable. Breafast is great and many details in room are of higher standard! Personel is extremly polite, but they know very little or none of english, so good oportunity to improve your Italian..
