Review 2：The staff were exceptionally helpful. There was a storm and power failure. They immediately supplied us with a BBQ and even set it up and supplied us with sauce to go with our meat! The facilities in the studio unit were 5 star

Review 5：Although the villa (no 7) was of the older variety it was immaculate. It had all of the things that many other places don't. The staff, Pam (and the girl from Vancouver) was very helpful and caring. We would recommend this venue at all times. It was great.

Review 25：The villa is old and gloomy, the furniture is old and the bed is uncomfortable. the oven is so old that we don't know how to use it. It really doesn't worth the amount we paid. Overall, it is too pricey, I don't suggest this villa for your visit to Strahan.

Review 27：Although the room was immaculately clean, one tiny issue was a mouldy smell which probably came from the drain in the bathroom, but went through the villa.
Review 28：Compared to similar style accommodation the villa was very comfortable and the 'bits and pieces' were obviously not chosen because they were cheap but because they were good quality(which was a welcome distinction). Pam was absolutely lovely and made sure we had all the info to settle in even though we arrived well after hours. I wish we had more than a flying visit because it would have made a lovely home base for us.

Theunits were good in that you could self cater and we were upgraded at noextra cost to give us more room because we had booked 3 nights. Thelaundry facilities we much cheaper to use than other places we hadstayed. Over all a little dated but very comfortable, clean & tidywith great staff which makes up for that.
