Review 1：The room was plain. No mirror outside the bathroom and no refrigerator although there seemed to be a place for it. Spa area was not great: the turkish bath was completely cold, the finnish sauna lukewarm and even the water in jacuzzi was not warm enough.

Review 2：Recepcion staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Review 29：It's not four stars! There is a problems with plumbing-water in the sink doesn't go away! Unbearable smell in the bathroom-the smell of cat urine,that doesn't erode during our stay. We didn't have a mini-frige in the room! We told the staff and they have promised to correct it,but they didn't! Employees at the reception seemed to not care about their customers. Wi-fi is terrible,works with strong faults.

Review 32：This hotel is not premium in any way, and to call it that is misleading. As a basic level hotel, more basic than other 4 star hotels I've stayed in, it's a ok enough of an experience for a night, but I'd go up the wall with a longer stay. The breakfast was the bare minimum of batch scrambled eggs, a flask lukewarm tea and, of course, totally undrinkable filter coffee. Staff simply shrug their shoulders if you point this out. The fruit and bread selections were quite wide, though the fruit was all a bit squashed, or overripe, but the most edible aspect of the experience.

Review 33：The bed was very large and quite firm, so that was the most premium part of the stay ... the pillows however, felt like a couple of cast aside sofa cushions from my grans.

Review 34：The bed was terribly hard and the room was opposite the elevator and extremely noisy also the noise of other guests arriving. The aircon was noisy as well could not sleep for more than a few hours. Setubal has nothing to offer apart from restaurant Le Chef.

I had finally to walk out of the restaurant space a go to the hotel reception... when finally a waiter came to the restaurant they still weren't happy or apologetic when I requested the soup to be replaced because by then it was cold and the croutons soggy...

Review 45：Spacious and very good room, huge and very comfortable bed. Good breakfast with loads of choice.

Review 46：This hotel would have passed for a normal 3 stars hotel without "Premium" and "Spa" in its name. On our trip through Portugal it was here that we had the worst coffee for breakfast. One of our 2 spent mornings there was no black or green tea at all for breakfast. One day bread was fresh, the next day stale. In the "Spa" you find one of the smallest pools you can have and you will "swim" in a water's height of about 1m. Sauna was tiny. WLAN was bad all over the hotel. There is supposed to use 2 elevators. One is constantly out of order. His hotel has got 9 floors with many rooms! The remaining one has caused problems during our stay so they had to call the maintainance (only for this one). Washing hands in the sink of our bathroom made us washing oour feet at hte same time: the drainpipe of this sink was so leaky!

Review 53：Staff were not friendly nor eager to help, with the exception of the person working during breakfast. Gym and other assets were out of order... if you want anything from the SPA you have to pay (why do you call the hotel SPA then?!, but anyway nothing was working... No parking either. Dinner time: service was bad, staff were really unfriendly and snob.
