Review 1：There was no control over the light in the bathroom, which only works on movement inside the bathroom. If you sit stll for about 10 seconds, you are in the dark!

Review 5：The wall had cracks in it. The overall room was small considering we had a "comfort" room. You could hear the other guests if they were in the hall. The room was very hot. The springs in the bed were squeaky.

Review 6：GREAT BREAKFAST! Beautiful Christmas decorations to add to the mood of the weekend - Christmas markets. Comfy, clean bed. Free parking lot. Great location to the Christmas markets and castles.

Review 9：Staff spoke good English. The room we had was huge with very clean bathroom and comfy beds. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Free parking and so close to the lovely small town. Only a 5 minute walk to streets lined with cafes/restaurants and shops.

Review 14：A nice hotel and well located just a few hundred yards from the railway station and the town centre. The rooms are a fair size and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast choice was good, although some variety each day would be good.

Review 17：The location is quite good. Not in the busy restaurant and bar area, but close to the station. Parking behind the hotel is a nice plus. Breakfast was tasty and the service was good. The restaurant looks great!

Review 18：Unclear instructions regarding the night entrance. If you plan to return to the hotel after midnight or if you want to leave your hotel room after midnight, ask for a quick tour of the route to the alternative entrance. (The main entrance is locked at midnight for security reasons.)

Review 42：As a mature couple the hotel location was perfect, we have stayed in the centre before and the noise level can be very loud. Yes the hotel is a fair walk from the centre but it is quiet and clean, the staff are wonderful. The breakfast has a fantastic choice of different things.

Review 45：The hotel caters to coach parties of bridge groups. Parties in excess of40 persons. The hotel is completely taken over by these groups; bar,restaurant, breakfast bar, etc. The noise they make in the breakfast barcan be heard from the third floor.
