Review 1：In the booking, price was inclued using air condition but they did not agree to open for us with reason now is not season. Staff was not friendly as my husband said. (I dont speak Korean)

Review 3：The room was not clean enough, I found some hair on the telephone. Since it is quite an old hotel, so the smell of the room was not very fresh even though it was renovated few years ago. Nothing much to eat in the breakfast buffet but the service in the restaurant was good. The location is speechless, since it is surrounded by so many restaurants (but really! "oooonly' restaurants!). The worst happened when we checked out. The receptionist made the payment for my boss wrongly so she had to cancel it and made new one. The canceled payment would be only refunded 15 days after, which made me of course feel so uncomfortable. But when My boss asked for an invoice for the second payment she seemed obviously unpleasant to issue an invoice even though it was her fault to let my boss pay twice. And then we asked for calling a taxi then they, without asking, called a deluxe taxi driver who had been waiting outside of the hotel from early morning. I found it was an expensive taxi then requested a normal one, the receptionists also showed unpleasant face and called one. It was really disappointing such a big hotel did unprofessional things and and got untrained receptionists. I would not recommend this hotel at all.
Review 4：Nothing much to like about. It has minimum value they are supposed to have as a branded hotel with 4stars.
Review 5：Bathroom was small. I made the booking online for 100,000 won per night but they charged me 120,000 on checkout. Some of the fixtures were loose. Went to turn on bedside wall lamp and it flipped upside down as some of wall screws were missing. Shower in small bathtub was made for short people.

Review 9：Adjoined to a wedding hall. Parking on Saturdays is difficult. Light in room flickered bad, couldn't get it fixed so I just disconnected all the lights. Problem solved.
