Review 1：The wifi was poor and kept losing connection and having to pay €3 euro for each device. The spa facilities were apealling but I think we had to walk 300m up the hill to the other hotel to pay. So we didn't bother.

Review 2：Lovely staff, hotel was just wonderful and cosy. We enjoyed the view from our balcony, and the breakfast was brilliant especially to fuel up before a day of skiing, with the ski bus stop right outside the hotel. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Review 3：My room was no. 22 and the WiFi signal was not reachable inside the room. Also you can hear noisy and people talking who is staying neighbour of your room.

Review 10：Right beside the Schmittenhohe, the main gondola and hub for Zell's skiing, and only a stroll from the town centre, the location is excellent. Very comfortable, great breakfast and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Prices far better than anything else we found in Zell. We'll definitely be back.

Review 11：Hotel was in a good location, a 20 minute walk from town, but a taxi for the 6 of us was only 12 euro so wouldn't complain about it. Very quiet which suited us fine and the sauna and steam room was great. Staff were friendly and helpful if the need arose. Would definitely book again, the hotel was a part of what was a super holiday in Zell.

Review 12：I have to admit i thought it was closer to the center of the town when i booked it, Bus stopped a 6,00pm meant a taxi ride was a must to get back to the hotel

Review 14：No sure why it claims to be 4-star. Wifi did not work for the first 2 days and unhelpful staff members were blaming my device rather than their router fault for the problem. Eventually we were moved to their sister hotel which is only marginally better. Breakfast room equipped with good espresso/coffee machine which cannot be used during breakfast time. No hand soap in the bathroom. Annoying motion-activated light in the bathroom - you need to get out from shower cubicle to have the light back on (it switches automatically every 3 mins or so). Check-in in another place 300m away. Overall, relatively remote and far too pricey for what's on offer. Avoid, if you can.

Review 34：Too far from the town, mainly up a steep hill. Check in NOT at a next door hotel but further up the hill. Walked into town, but had to get taxi back in evening, no buses.

Review 36：Nothing. It was a superb holiday, friendly people all around, not just in the hotel, but at Intersport and extremely patient skilift operators too, they slowed down the lift every time I approached with my two young daughters, which was very helpful!

Review 37：We were upgraded at no charge to Hotel Schmittenhof, which is owned by the same family, it is just a bit further up the road. Both hotels are walking distance from a state of the art ski-lift. We had perfect snow conditions in late April. In fact, we hadn't really planned to ski (only had clothes with us just in case), so we rented the equipment from the Intersport shop at the ski-lift terminal. Straight at the top of the ski-lift there is a blue run, ideal for beginners. There is a charming historic city centre nearby too. Very enjoyable place!

Review 38：We felt that the rooms were quite overheated, so we had to remain the windows opened at the night.. But i'm sure that some people will find this as a benefit...

Review 39：We were two couples on a ski vacation in March 2014, and we stayed in two rooms located on the second floor. Both rooms were big and cozy with balconies with different but nice view (one was very big and the second smaller). The room was well equipped and maintained (the bathroom looks like new). In the basement there is a very nice spa area with 2 sauna's and it is included in the price of the room as well as the very reach and tasty breakfast which was served daily at the beautiful local style designed dining room. The location is 10 min walk (few hundreds of meters) from the upper ski lifts and 15 ~ 20 min walk from the center of zell am see. We enjoyed our stay very much, the hotel stuff was very helpful and friendly! Excellent value for the money!

Review 40：Location of check-in is to far from hotel. It is not so comfortable to get up for dinner (if you include dinner in price).

The hotel staff spent 3 hours to fix it. (8pm. - 11 pm). Hotel is too far from the city center - approx. 30 min walk up to the hill Reception is 10 minutes walk from the hotel - very inconvinient if you need to solve any problems

Review 51：-Room too small -Jacuzzi charged 9 euros for 20 minutes- Some variety for the warm breakfast buffet (not only scrambled eggs and bacon) - No service during the day at all - There was no handle inside the closet for the skis and I was locked inside for an hour until I was rescued from a client that heard me screaming!!!

Review 52：Martha Hotel is ideal for skiers. You can end your ski day exactly atthe back entrance of the hotel...putting your skis in a special closetand boots on a warm hanger to dry for next day. Breakfast was good, butthe warm food (scrambled eggs and bacon everyday) could have some kindof variety. During the day there is no one in the hotel to attend totheir customers. The room was small for a 4 star hotel (maybe 8 sq.M.)but we loved the balcony! The spa was very nice, but the jacuzzi shouldhave been included and not charged 9 euros. The general decoration ofthe hotel was soooo cute, I loved it! Generally we had a great time,nothing that would ruin our vacation.

Very poor welcome, when I did eventually find someone they flatly denied I had any booking, despite my email confirmation being shown. A significant walk (20-30 mins) up steep hill from the town.
