Review 1：The industrial area is not the nicest architectural zone, but free parking is a big plus, same for the close tram station to the city center. Be aware, most probably you will not be able to use your bank or credit card in many shops in Köln (big brands excepted). They only except EC Deutschland bank cards. But no such problem in the hotel itself.

Review 2：Great hotel, nice, big and comfortable rooms, excellent bad. Staff is also great and helpful. Upon request they gave as a quiet room, since on Saturday nights there is a big party on the ground floor.

Review 3：Very nice hotel located 10 km away from Cologne's center. Everything was perfect! We were surprised by it's tidiness, modern facilities, cozy and staff care. Always ready to stay here again!

Review 6：Very nice hotel, very clean. Design of interior on high quality level, modern. Room was spacious. A little bit noise from outside as there is a party centrum nearby. However, the windows have very good noise isolation. Enough parking places! But you must have a car as this hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Koln center on 17 minutes by car

Review 7：The location is in an industrial Zone (no shops direct nearby, no Restaurants). But it's worth for the money.

Review 8：The breakfast. The Room! The excellent Location for the Purpose (We were to a concert @ Die Kantine). Also the Location was good to reach the Centrum (but it was weekend, bad weather --> very low traffic).

Review 9：The hotel is in the middle of an industrial area (Ford factory). No decent restaurant closer than 10 km. Breakfast buffet is really bad, besides good bread from the bakery next door.

Review 11：They have something like a 'party/disco room' just 5-10 m from the hotel windows, When they do wedding there you cannot really sleep with closed windows. On Fridays and Saturdays is very noisy until the party is finished.

Review 12：Our extra bed (third bed) was only a folding bed, which was not that comfortable for my teenage son. We were somewhat surprised about the neighborhood. an industrial park with factories. One good thing about that is that the local bakery chain (Merzenich), which has its production right next to hotel, has a small sales outlet (open 4 am-noon) where we got our breakfast. There is nothing to do in the area near hotel.

Review 13：Big room (it was more like a suite), modern bathroom with slate floor, cleanliness (everything was new), minibar, nice lighting of room, heat and AC can be adjusted by guest. The staff was helpful with directing us to the closest S-Bahn station ("Niehl", about an 8-minute walk). Transport time between Niehl to Ebertplatz ist 14 min (no tickets can be bought at Niehl station).

Review 14：Too noisy do to functions that hotel forgot to inform ous about been told it will finish at 10 it was still going on at 2 am. Been told their is a bar but on arrival found out its not going to been open until next month

Review 16：Breakfast quality is a bit poor and the worse thing in this event center in the hotel!!! There was a wedding there at the time we stayed in this hotel and could not sleep before 1AM or 2AM !!! Music, people smoking and shouting outside. It's a pity because the hotel is nice.

Review 18：We arrived late in the night due to traffic and there wasn't anyone in the Reception. It was only Emergency Number which we called and we got the keys in the end but still it would be a plus to have someone overnight in the Reception area .

Review 19：I really enjoyed staying at this hotel! Very clean and spacious rooms, bathroom was spotless and water pressure was incredible. Mattress was so comfy i didn't want to wake up in the morning.

Review 20：The technology on entering the room only gave 10 seconds until all the lights went out . It needs to be increased to 1 minute . The are no pubs/bars , or restaurants anywhere near the hotel and the hotel has no bar, or restaurant outside breakfast . Having said that the City is only a tram ride away and the tram stop is only 400metres away

Review 21：The hotel is fairly new , the room and bathroom were 5* quality . The Aircon worked silently and the night was quiet . The Breakfast was excellent in choice and quality .

Review 22：The hotel is very new and some detail hasn't really been thought through yet - for example, the only dinner option is a take away and there's nowhere in the room to sit and eat and the hotel didn't have a corkscrew for the bottle of wine that arrived with the meal - there were lots of TV channels but only German language. We also had a false fire alarm which meant that we had to vacate the building at 6.30am.

Review 23：Location on an industrial estate in the middle of nowhere but actually quite convenient for the expo. Everything was very new.

Review 24：There are nothing arround, and when we went there they dont offer a dinner service. Meaning we need to move to the center ( 20 mins in public transport ) and come back to get some food.

Review 26：Air conditioning was working all night. You cannot turn it off or change temperature from the room and no one is at the reception during the night. By morning there were like 10 degrees in the room.
