Review 1：Perfect location with the most beautiful Tuscan view one could imagine. All the rooms were quiet, large and airy and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast in that beautiful dining area was a treat. The attached restaurant is very convenient but the whole town is within an easy stroll.

Review 2：The staff was very nice and helpful, the location is just great since it is close to the parking (we were travelling with car) and located also in the city. Very clean room and also very quiet. Also a very good restaurant with very nice staff, great local specialities and a fantastic panorama! We will definitively return to this place.

Review 4：Upon arriving to San Gimignano by train hop on the bus and head to the city center, much cheaper than a taxi and easy. The hotel is located right on the main road. The room was very nice, clean, tidy, lovely.

Review 5：We stayed in the basic street view room (which is cheap) but the décor and furnishing were tired. Our bed was not very comfortable at all, so do select a superior room.

Review 8：The location is really excellent, just 2 min walks from the main gate of the old town(bus stop) and 2 min walk from the main square of the old town. Many shops are on the street, next to the hotel. The breakfast is good (yougurt, bread, croissant, eggs (1 type), ham, salami, cheese, 2 kind of sweet cookies, tea, coffee, 2 kind of friut juices, some fruits. They have got restaurant, so the dinner can be spent also in the hotel if you want. The view from the breakfast (restaurant) room is beautiful, it is the real Toscan landscape. The room is good and clean.

Review 12：Being in the middle of this wonderful medieval town is a spectacular feeling. Especially as the sun sets and the various day yours leave the town, Sangiminiano takes on a completely new personality. I would recommend this hotel because you are in the midst of it and it's good value for money.

Review 26：Nothing too terrible but one has to consider the fact that you will be hauling your own luggage through the traffic free old town to the Hotel. No one at the hotel offered help there but we are still young and had no problems. Just remember, this is a heavy touristy historic town and you might have to find your way through thick crowds to reach the hotel.

Review 27：You really want to book the suite #21. Spectacular views over the countryside and one can even see my favorite restaurant, an insider tip only few tourists know about. The "vecchia mural" serves the Best food in this town and has an amazing setting on the terrace. Bel Sogiorno also features a wonderful breakfast and dinner room with all glass views.

Review 28：We were in the standard double room and was great value for money with everything we needed for our 2 night stay! Helpful staff, don't miss breakfast as lots to eat and incredible views over Tuscan hills. Location excellent as just at the bottom of the hill in the old town by one of the gates, so easy and quick walk from bus stop! Literally 5mins! Let's you then start a touristy day from the bottom to then work up and around the small town!

Review 46：We stayed here for 3 nights in August 2014. We were very happy with our choice and would definitely recommend it. The room was large, clean and comfortable with an en-suite bathroom. Air-con, fridge and wifi all worked well. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant has an amazing view of the countryside, and is reasonably priced although we did not eat here so cannot comment on the food. The hotel is located close to one of the town gates so it is easy to drop off your luggage before parking your car if you have one. When the windows are closed, all noise is blocked out so you can sleep peacefully. If we return to San Gimignano (which we loved!), we wouldn't look for other accommodation, we would definitely stay here again.

The staff are particularly welcoming, the rooms are large and well appointed and the views from the back of the hotel, across the Tuscany countryside are to die for. Breakfast is good. The P2 car park is the best one for this hotel.

The room is spacious as is the bathroom.The restaurant attached to the hotel is extremely popular so if you would like to have dinner there, you should book in advance.
