Review 1：If anything. Maybe stairs,but that's just a lazy thing on my behalf.

Review 2：It was out of the hussle & bussle. But still close enough to all shops and hasting st. It was very pleasant, clean and comfortable. Will be staying here from now on.

Review 3：The website did not make it clear that the 3 bedroom apartments were on the 3rd floor without a lift which was very difficult for our traveling companion who had mobility issues.

Called emergency mobile number, woman who answered was extremely rude & unhelpful. Said she had emailed - but she hadn't - in fact still hasn't. She hung up and then accidentally called me back and I sat there listening to her tell someone in the room what she thought of my phone call & me. Would not recommend this place due to the unhelpful rude manager who lies.

Review 12：Cleanliness Kitchen floor was dirty with pla smarties from a birthday cake on the floor. Communal areas dirty with dirty laundry stacked in common areas for a few days. Unit facilities - old and well used kitchen utensils. Cookware not cleaned...I spent 20 minutes scrubbing pans and pots. - dishwasher in poor condition with roller wheels falling off - DVD / VCR not working - vacuum cleaned in poor condition And obviously had never been cleaned. Phone etiquette - I called 2 weeks prior to my arrival and was given a verbal spray. The lady answering the phone didn't introduce herself from Sun Lagoon. Due to bad line I hAs to ask her to confirm that I had called Sun Lagoon.....I hung up Service - manager yelling to her support staff across the complex in the mornings. Is this necessary?

Review 13：Reception Staff - Warren was fantastic at checkin Location - great location only a short walk to Hastings street.

Review 14：We booked the delux apartment but never got it. We booked pool views but only got a view of the road. When we asked the lady she blamed booking.com and wouldn't offer us our money back that we spent on the upgrade.

Review 15：Was disappointed the room description did not clearly state there was only one bathroom. This was important as we were travelling with a small child and older parents and one bathroom did not suit our requirements at all. Further, our unit was very old and did not feel clean - the carpet was old and dirty as was the furniture. The doors to the balcony could also hardly slide open.

Review 21：We loved apartment 22 for the lovely decor, great views and facilities. The pool and jacuzzi and the little beach all added to the experience. We had a busy schedule so we didnt stay around to enjoy the facilities as much as you could if you just wanted to chill. Easy walk to beach and national park. Good coffee across the road and convience store and fish and chip shop. Will stay again nere.

Review 22：Had an issue with the hot water going cold in the ensuite shower after a minute or so. There was also a minor issue with two of the seven outdoor chairs being a slightly damaged. We raised both issues with the resort so they should be fixed and they were very helpful. Overall it was not a big deal and we had a great time and would definately stay here again.

Review 23：Loved the location as friends who were also there were staying at the resort just across the water. Could jet ski from my room to the beach. Beautiful view of the water and park which was off the balcony. Tidy and large two bedroom appartment. Had all the appliances we could have hoped for and was very clean. It was so relaxing and everyone was very friendly. The pool and BBQ facilities were amazing. I have no idea how they keep the BBQ's so clean but would pay lot of money to know the secret, it was as if they were in the BBQ shop floor.

Review 74：From the homemade biscuits on arrival to the offer of a late check out, Sun Lagoon was a great place to spend a relaxing, birthday weekend with friends. The 3 bedroom apartment was fully self-contained, very clean and incredibly spacious. We all plan to head back there again soon. Just a 15 minute walk or cheap cab ride from Hastings Street, and all the facilities you'll need...pools, sauna, spa, BBQ, pool table and tennis court and so on. Plus lovely staff are always a bonus! If you're after 5 star luxury, book the Sheraton, but if you're after affordable, high standard accommodation with all the facilities, 5 of my friends and I say book Sun Lagoon Resort now!

Review 76：We booked for New Years Eve in late October and were surprised there was a vacancy still. We were not expecting much but were amazed at the two bedroom multilevel unit we had. The place was spotless and very comfortable. The pool and spa were nice. The location was good too - half way between Gympie Terrace and Hastings Street - or if you wanted to stay in, there was plenty of room to chill out and prepare a meal inside. There is also a convenience store across the road and a few restaurants. Joanne (owner/manager) was very welcoming and quite funny. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends/family

Review 80：We stayed over the Christmas period with two other couples and this 3 bedroom apartment was excellent. Wonderfully equipped with everything we needed. Very Clean. Marvelous BBQ and pool area looking onto the river. The manager Joanne could not do enough to make us feel welcome (even found a last minute restaurant reservation on Christmas Eve for 6 people!). We have stayed in a number of apartments in Noosa over the years but would definitely recommend the Sun Lagoon.

Review 94：I didn't like how unclean and untidy the apartment was. There was no air-con in both bedrooms, I had to move my mattress down to the disgusting living room floor and try to rest for the night. All kitchen cupboards and draws were dirty, the main bathroom could be smelt from the secondary because the drains are so backed up. This is not a luxury apartment complex. It simply is way to much money for something relating to a hostel!
