Review 1：The ones advertised are not all true. First they don't offer buffet breakfast just like what is stated in the advertisement. We got a quadruple room and the adds we will be receiving 4 breakfast coupon but in reality it's only 2 breakfast coupon because that is the instruction given to them weather the guest booked quadrople room with much higher rate. Further some of its furnitures like the chairs need to be updated. The one inside our room has a torn backrest. No internet inside the rooms only at the lobby and bar area. Please advertise what is really true so guests will not expect much.

Review 2：The staff are accommodating but don't go further to solve the issues we brought to them.

Review 3：Hotel is shabby and there is no attention to detail, even small problems proved to be a big problem. Air con rattled all night, curtains didn't extend the width of the window meaning woken up at dawn. Breakfast a token gesture and very poor quality, overall poor management and much better value across the road at L'Fisher

We were offered the lower type of room. The towels are gray in color and glasses are blurry. The aircon location is way up there and you could not control it. Breakfast was not delicious and plated.

Review 15：The room we paid for was good for 4 but free plated breakfast was good only for 2; also the pillows, towels and complimentary bottled water were for 2 people, free toiletries were good for 1, and we had to request for a hair dryer. Additional pillows were for a fee. The staff serving breakfast was undermanned, we had to follow up the juice and coffee many times.

Review 20：Toilet not working, could not flush. Staff took an hour to fix but after fixing, toilet flooded the entire bathroom. We checked in at 6:30 am but room not ready so we returned at 9:00PM and the room still wasn't ready! Had to demand they give us a room. Staff extremely inefficient and unfamiliar with the reservation system. Room was dirty, stained curtains, lampshades, wallpaper cracked and peeling and non functioning fridge.

Review 22：Got the quadruple room with two double beds. Very comfortable beds and the room was clean. Best thing about the hotel was the location. It's near the famous cake place called Calea and the best seafood pala pala called Ading's.

Review 25：The afternoon I arrived, Lacson St. was closed and our fetcher was driving us around for 2 hours trying to find our way. I called but nobody could give us a clearer direction. I wish events like this is anticipated and pre-advised to guest.

Review 26：Great location! Courteous staff. Quick response to fix a problem. We thought our aircon was out of order. In less than 10 minutes, a technician was in our room. Turned out the plug was loose. While he was there, we got a call from the front desk to check up on us. Great service.

Review 27：Replace the aircon with a remote controlled one. Aircon is near the ceiling. You would need to go up the bed and climb the window to be able to adjust the temperature. Aircon is noisy too.

Review 85：Since we stayed there close to X'mas, there are two office parties booked on back-to-back nights at their second floor. Thus, the parking was full during the evening and we could hear some noise coming from the parties. But they did end before 11pm and there was no more noise after that.
