Review 3：Spacefull and clean apartment. Good location near to the public park and The Gardens Mall (the biggest in Salalah). Staff very professional, helpful and ready to solve any problem quickly.

Review 8：The location of the apts was quite close to the city centre and the apts were spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils,microwave and hot plate.

Review 14：First, this is my second stay in this hotel, my first stay wasmarvelous, but the last one was awful & am positively sure it willbe the last, do you know why? Simply because of bad management. Firstthing when I walk in to the hotel at 10 pm their manger was waiting forme only to refuse giving me the apartment unless I pay or 100 more thanthe agreed price that was given by Booking.com, and he simply said Idon't have to accept this price, when I threaten that I'llcomplain to Booking.com he started to bargain with me in a greedy waybecause he knew it was 10 pm in high season with a big family & agcc citizen that having extra cash, so either I take it or leave it, sofinally I take it with or 270 more & I've already supplyBooking.com with all the needed documents & am positively sure thatthey'll make it up to me or at least hey will stop such a BadManagement from doing the same thing with other Booking.com customers.Secondly, the house keeping is very poor & hotel corridors was alittle bit dirty. Finaly, since last stay till this stay they stilldon't have washing machines in apartments.أولا هذه زيارتي الثانية لهذا الفندق، والمرة الأولى كانت رائعة ، وأما المرة الثانية بالفعل كانت تجربة سيئة بالنسبة لي وأنا متأكد إنها راح تكون الأخيرة والسبب ببساطة إدارة الفندق السيئة.

Review 16：Few poor health and safety measures that need to be revised, no washing machine, no oven (ONLY A SMALL ELECTRIC COOKING TOP) small curtains that do not fit windows in some rooms, some balcony doors are without keys and cannot be locked, more training for some staff is required in areas such as reception and communication skills, poor cleaning service in toilets (rest is OK), no AC in restaurant, dirty restaurant kitchin, dirty toilet in restaurant with no handwash soap, no umbrellas/shades or chairs around the swimming pool

Review 22：Had to buy bowls and knives as none provided. Only 2 ring burner and microwave for cooking. Hot water and fridge not put on before we arrived. Could only use 1 shower at a time in the upstairs bathrooms. Only 1 fixed hairdrier in 1 of the 3 bathrooms, had to buy one.

Review 25：This is hotel with a perfect location for birding in south Oman. Its friendly efficient staff made our visit most enjoyable. Food is not supplied on the premises but is easily obtained on delivery or in local restaurants with ethnic nuances, or cater for yourself in the kitchenette. Roomy with beautiful view to the ocean from the top floor. With a group of 5 in the 5 bedroom apartment this was top value!
