Review 9：Upon check in, we asked for an airport taxi to be reserved for us the next morning. The price quoted was about 30-40% higher than what I heard I could pay in the street, but our flight was early and we were tired so I decided to go with it. However, when we went to the counter the next morning, the taxi had obviously not been booked and ended up arriving 15-20 minutes late and being an old beater. The staff were apologetic about the timing but we could have saved money and/or slept longer by just booking the taxi in the street. Also, aside from the included breakfast, I thought the hotel was a bit overpriced.

Review 12：The staff are friendly. Room are great, comfortable and clean. Breakfast...good, consider the amount you pay for the room, well worth it. Most of the menu change daily, so you dont get bored eating the same meal. The restaurant location at rooftop is increddible, nice view. I'm sure gonna stay there again if i ever come to Kota Bharu.
