Review 1：A bit too far to walk from station. No wired internet and the free wifi is pretty weak. Not against the hotel but it was in general quite expensive as there was not much choices in Tokushima.

Review 5：You really need to take a taxi from the station to get to the hotel. While there is nothing bad about the hotel, it does have a slightly unusual vibe which I realised was because it is very un-hotel like. i.e. no built in light/alarm in the bed. An office desk in the room. No wardrobe. I think it is nice but cheap office conversion to a hotel.

Review 8：We were driving so wouldn't know whether hotel is close to public transport or not. We did not take breakfast at hotel but went out to a nearby cafe in a complex like convention center. It's about 400 yen for a good breakfast, very value!

Review 20：Only a few taxi drivers accept order between Tokushima Station and Hotel Plaza Inn, in particular at night when no bus service.
Review 21：The hotel needs an uplift. The bathroom smelled mouldy and there was a smell of stale cigarette smoke.

Review 23：not too clean and everything's really basic the location is not bad only if you know how to get there from Tokushima station by bus. but the information is not available until you finally walk all the way there (around a big park). once you know, there's a bus stop just in front of the hotel and you can even take the high speed bus from that stop to other cities.

Review 25：It takes a long way, around 20 min without luggage, from the train station to there. Worst still, there is not any exit of the station facing the side of the hotel, you have to walk 5 min out of the station and cross the railway tracks with an old steel bridge. Room is small and the bathroom facility is old too.

Review 27：Very friendly staff, glow prices, ood beds! The location is on 10 minute walk of downtown. I like that, its close to the central park, on 2 minute walk of a big supermarket and away from the crowds. I returned there many times already.
Review 28：Very small room nowhere to put the luggage. The bathroom is very small 1m by 1.4m. One could hardly sit on the toilet without touching the knees on the wall.
